It was an hour of pure bliss for me. This bookstore is well stocked and the prices are great! Used books in perfect condition on the shelves next to new copies, so very affordable to those on a budget who, like me, intend to walk out with a stack, not just a single title. While I was in browsing heaven, I realized my phone was nearly out of charge (checking my Goodreads TBR did that ). No problem! The bookstore employee plugged my phone in behind the counter, unplugging one of his own devices to make this possible. I cannot recommend this bookstore highly enough. There were benches and cozy chairs, and the most adorable child-sized reading nook in the children's area. I briefly wished to be eight years old again. I'm looking forward to our next visit to the Jackson - Tetons area. This will be my first stop.

I want them to stay open-- and I want them to continue selling and offering all that they do. I had spent almost 2 full hours just walking around and looking at everything. We decided to buy a game that was a spin off from "settlers of Catan". We had spent at least half an hour observing the game and deciding if this is the one we wanted. After carrying it around and putting it back... carrying it around for a little while longer... Putting it back... We finally decided to invest in this game. $40 with tax is not too bad for a game like this. Upon much excitement.... we went home, made our dinner, and started popping open our new game. However we were missing pieces. Not just small pieces but their very big... main pieces. We looked up the one 800 number to call the manufacture. But they insisted we just write them a letter and let them know what the issues were--and with "snail mail" they would get back to us. So we brought the game back to our local Idaho Falls store. When we brought it back, the associate was -- to be honest-- short with us and snappy. The "manager " (or so she said was the manager), was equally as rude. They reluctantly gave us back our money back--with us producing our receipt. About 5-6 days later, the REAL manager contacted me. He was very kind and understanding. I told him how many years I brought my kids into this store to buy books. Our family has been part of this store for over 18 years. He apologized and explained the issues.... and offered us a gift card to return. I never expected that, but was very impressed with his humility and kindness. We all have bad days, and these 2 employees were just having a bad day. We've not only been back many times since, we've also recommended them to 3 of our family and friends. Thank you Barnes & Nobles- I pray you will continue to remain open.....offering something the Internet can't-- amazing face to face service!

This bookstore is a fun place to go and see books. They also have a small cafe with coffee, tea,…read moreand pastries. Each time I visit I find something to purchase. When I need help they are very willing to help me search a title, or if they don't have it they can order the book I need. Each month they have a book group discussion, and a silent book group as well on a different night. Their website winnieandmos.com has these and other events listed. They do host lots of other events, but I have limited myself to the book discussion group. I might just attend their open mike night to see what others are creating. The shop is quaint, cozy, and full of books. There is even a play area for kids that has two stories so kids can climb a safe set of stairs and look down upon the book area.
