Got the #1 Classic (medium and hold the pickles) and made it a combo with chili on the fries. A very delicious burger. Good quality bun. The patty was tender with solid beefy flavor. Almost all of the fries maintained their crispness with the chili on top. The chili was good. I think I tasted some Worcestershire sauce in the chili. Service was very friendly and prompt. Dining is available both inside and outside. There are limited parking spaces along the street where CB is located.
Don't fucking come here no more, they don't accommodate you when you ask. I ask for a breakfast burrito with bacon well done they gave a burrito full of potatoes barely 1 bacon. They told me i will have to pay for more bacon and they wouldn't make it over. Or replace the meal I wait 30 mins and couldn't even get good service
Always a 5. The only thing better than Corner Burger is Corner Burger and Godzilla! Today we order #2 and #4 with an Espresso shake and a Cookie Butter shake.
I've been to Corner Burger once and enjoyed their fries. I've always been intrigued however with their drinks. I've had read that they make some amazing shakes and smoothes. When I spotted that they had Pumpkin Spice drinks, I knew I needed to try it. I'm a big pumpkin spice girl and won't pass up a PSL drink when I see one. One can get the Pumpkin Spice, hot, iced or iced blended. I got my drink ice blended with regular milk. A small came out to about a little over $6.71 I was slightly surprised since the menu showed a small about a $1 less than that but then I saw that whipped cream was extra. Hmm I'm not a big whipped cream fan and honestly would've skipped it if I knew it was extra. Inspite of the initial sticker shock with slightly higher price, I ended up enjoying my drink. It has a really good pumpkin flavor. It was cool and quite refreshing. It also had a bit of a caffeine kick. The Pumpkin Spice was good and I've got my eye on their Cookie Butter and Fruity Pebbles for a future indulgence.
I had a very solid burger experience at Corner Burger. The food was good, great outdoor seating, but the service was top notch and the best part of eating here. Decor-small interior and not much to write about. A few tables outside to take in the SoCal weather. Service-the lady behind the register was wonderful. She was kind, energetic, and very invested in her job. She was great! Food-fries were nice and crispy. Burger big and loaded with bacon. The patty was well cooked and the cheese, onion ring, and bacon made it a good eating experience. I was not particularly crazy about bbq sauce. All in all, good experience and would definitely come back.
Omg the burger and fries were so yummy. The veggies were fresh and crisp and the bread was buttered and toasted to perfection. This place is also just so cute. We sat outside with our dogs and enjoyed the quiet view. There's a cute library right across the street with a bunch of grass area so we walked our dogs after our meal. There's service was also amazing. The workers are so kind and accommodating. We are definitely coming back here again.
This is a good little spot to try what tastes like homemade fresh burgers, which is what you want. The service is a little slow, but that's OK especially if it's been made fresh to order. Inside is a bit small again, which is a major issue. It's a good burger nothing over-the-top. Glad I had it at least once.
Was in the area and was craving a burger, so I searched up the nearest burger, location, and found this little gem. It is absolutely 10 out of 10. I got the southwestern burger. I don't like my hamburgers too spicy so they went easy on the jalapeños, but it was delicious. All the product was so fresh and the Customer Service is really amazing. The young lady in the front helped me out and the gentleman cooking asked me after. How did I like it! It wasn't too busy, but they were definitely not overwhelmed. I can see this being really busy during the summertime. Definitely going back.
Returning customer love this place it's pet friendly, great food, great service and nice quiet outdoor seating...I highly recommend this place to anyone
Small burger joint ambiance. I had always seen it and finally decided to try it out. The b-fast burrito is delicious. It's a big burrito! Loaded up too. Service was good. You walk up order and they bring it out. I went @ 11 on a Sat and the turn around was quick. When I was eating though the line got crazy and that does affect the turn around a bit but def worth it. There's a line for a reason. Going back to try a burger soon
Placed an order for delivery, asked for sides of salsa on all meals recieved one. Ordered coffee that was spilled in the bag and had to clean/wipe everything down. Pancakes came with no syrup or butter. And then as my husband was eating his sausage sandwich which had little to NO sausage he bit into a metal piece which looks like whats on the end of a sausage roll package. Very disturbing. Have gotten burgers from here many times and was pleased. After this we will never order again. Especially when we paid over $100 for our entire order.
Food Went here on a friday lunch with coworkers. As a sucker for blue cheese and caramelized onions, i got the blue boy burger and when i was asked on the donensss of the burger, I said medium rare. I also decide to indulge a bit on an oreo milkshake. The burger itself was more on the medium side but it was fine as it still tasted delicious and was pretty juicy. I loved the sweetness of the caramelized onions with the pungent saltiness of the blue cheese and all of it was complemented by the oreo milkshake. An overall guilty pleasure of a meal. The oreo milkshake was just right too as it was easy to drink, wasn't too frozen and wasn't too melted Vibe/Ambiance Once inside, they have this small kitchen diner vibe. There is only a few seating options inside and a few outside seating as well but not a lot so expect to possibly have it to go. We were a large party of 7 so we ended up taking all the outside seating. Overall, i like the small diner vibe of the place and would definitely come back again
Absolutely delicious! I ordered a Blue Boy which is a regular hamburger with bacon, caramelized onions, and blue cheese. I ordered the combo which comes with thick cut fries and a Diet Coke. My mom once got a haircut at the hair salon next door, so I knew this place was popular. I walked in on a Thursday at 12 pm. I had ordered over the phone and my order was ready the moment I walked in. The place is small and clean, but has plenty of seating inside and out. There were only two diners eating outside with a mostly empty inside. It seems like a grab and go spot because they were taking plenty of phone orders. My food was warm when I opened it. They ask how I want my patty cooked so I'm assuming it's fresh (it tasted fresh!). I found the burger to be deliciously gooey with blue cheese and plenty of sweet, warm onions. They gave me ranch for my fries which was so perfect--a great balance! Cool ranch with strong, sweet blue cheese. The waitress was so polite and professional. I am very impressed. I enjoyed this place and plan on returning.

Ordered takeout, they said 15-20 minutes but I was about 9 minutes away. Pleasantly to my surprise, it was ready when I got there to pay for my meal. It's a small shop with one table and some seats outdoors and a few seating areas inside. I ordered #3 fries combo, which was the classic burger with cheese and bacon. I wondered why it cost me $15, until I took a bite of the burger. The burger patty was v thick I'd say like a half pound of beef. And they ask you how you want it cooked. Def satisfied my burger craving. Fries were okay, I prefer my In-N-Out fries. read more

I tried Corner Burger a few weeks ago. This is one of the best burger shops I've had in a while. Probably in my top 5. My colleague picked up food for us from here. I ordered the #3 (Bacon cheeseburger with no pickles), with sweet potato fries. The burger was 10/10. The beef was thick, the bread was soft, and the ingredients were very fresh. The fries were probably about a 6 though. They had good flavor, but they were a little over cooked & slightly burned. Overall, not bad for a takeout order. Next time I'll eat inside. read more
Great burger . I enjoyed the patty meat being fresh and well cooked (per my request of well done ) . Location was very clean and had attentive service . I decided to go with the classic burger combo today . I will be back to have a milkshake soon. read more

I've always passed by this place for many years but never tried it until now. I'm glad I did. The food was amazing and best of all, excellent service! Noelia was the sweetest person and accommodated everything we needed. She was patient and helpful when we requested for things. She answered our questions with friendly responses. She brought the food out to us and even offered to give us items that may be useful to us. Overall great service from a small mom and pop restaurant. I highly recommend this place. The food was amazing! Nice small outdoor seating with umbrellas as well. read more

Tonight, the kiddos had their hearts set on going out to our favorite burger chain, but I really wanted a REAL burger. So we came to Corner Burger! I got the #6 Blue Boy and the kids both got the Kids Cheeseburger Combo. Both kids agreed the burgers were better than the chain. My son even proclaiming "Now this is what a call a DINNER!" And I've been here for breakfast burritos in the past and those are awesome too! It looks like prices were fairly recently raised but still great value. Service was friendly and excellent. It's not big, but it's also not usually crowded as they get a lot of take out business. read more

Wow! Wow! Wow! Based off customer service alone, this place is 100/10! They go above and beyond to make sure your dining experience is on point. I appreciate the gentleman at the register accommodating my requests since I can be picky sometimes. The price is reasonable and the portions go hand in hand with what you pay for. The food is delicious and the blended drink was 100/10. We ate at their outside tables, and we had a calm, enjoyable brunch. Not too much commotion going on since it's right across from the lawndale city hall. I will be coming back for sure. read more

I got the chilli cheese fries and they were very good. It's got to be one of the best I've had. The service was slow, I had to wait 10 mins before I could even order. I wish they had more umbrellas outside and inside is pretty hot as well. read more

This hamburger store is on the corner of Burin Avenue and W. 147th Street near Hawthorne Boulevard. It is located at the end of the block near the Lawndale civic center area, and there is enough parking space around the store for your vehicle. They prepare your food when you place your order; thus, it may take a few minutes to receive your food, but it is worth the wait. This place differentiates from other burger stores by providing you with very delicious hamburger buns! The bread quality is extremely good at this place!! Other than burgers, they also have kids combo, sides (fries, sweet potato fries, onion rings, and chili cheese fries), salads, quesadillas, crepes, breakfast items (omelets, breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, eggs, and french toast), and several types of beverage items. Together with their hamburgers, I also enjoyed having their vanilla milkshake! This place provides a clean place with friendly service. Especially if you are in the area, this place is a must! You certainly will know that you have found a gem when you visit here! read more
Corner Burger is literally located on a corner, across the street from the Lawndale Library and City Hall. The menu is dominated by hamburgers, in a variety of styles. Even with all the variety of burgers, my favorite is the basic Classic Burger (https://bit.ly/3GngGKm). A meat patty cooked the way you want it, with fresh red onion, tomato, lettuce, pickles, and aoli sauce, on a brioche bun. Sometimes simplicity works the best. The other burgers have variations of different types of bacon, red onions, onion rings, grilled onions, cheeses, chilis, egg, and more. There is a lot of variety, all of which come out fine. Some of them can be a little messy when eating, so they might not all be perfect for eating in your car, but that is a minor problem. The people working here have always been friendly. For a food on-demand place (where ingredients are not kept under a heat lamp), the wait time is fairly short. read more

We were in search of a great burger and I found Corner Burger on Yelp. Corner Burger definitely satisfied our craving for a juicy, yummy burger. We ordered the Cowboy burger, cooked medium rare as requested. The burger was fresh and the patty looked as if it were half a pound. The bacon was crispy and the cheddar cheese was nicely melted over the patty. I made it a combo with fries and a drink. The fries were cooked and seasoned perfectly. In addition to ketchup. I was offered one of their special sauces for my fries. I chose chipotle mayo and it was creamy and delicious too. But what also made Corner Burger so special was a young lady named Eva. Corner Burger is a popular local spot so even in the mid afternoon, there was a line. But Eva. who was busy taking orders, getting payment, making specialty drinks. and delivering orders, would apologize and thank customers waiting in line. In addition, there was one lady who was busy preparing all the orders. She is an excellent cook as evident by the delicious food! Together, these two women are a wonderful team. Eva is a lovely, charming, and engaging young lady. In this day and time, it's so refreshing and heartwarming to have such excellent customer service and delicious food! Thank you Corner Burger and thank you Eva! read more

Good & honest spot for a burger, fries & a drink. Got the southwest burger & was happy. A good choice if you're in the area. read more
I wanted to give 4 stars, but they didn't season any of the food. We had a breakfast burger & a Hawaiian-style Loki. The burgers were completely unseasoned (ZERO salt/pepper/other) & cooked close to well-done rather than medium. They didn't season the eggs either. They charge extra for a sprinkle of lettuce & 2 thin tomato slices. The fries were crispy, but unseasoned. Zero Salt! The chicken strips (3) are decent, but overpriced. Also, you get 1 sauce, 0.85$ for additional. The BBQ sauce is ketchupy & mediocre, & the ranch dressing is weak & watery. The steak quesadilla was the most flavorful, although it needed cheese on the edges. It came with a spicy salsa, guacamole, & lettuce. The burgers are big & juicy & would be 4 stars easily with salt & seasoning, & a minute less on the griddle. They have crepes, too, which we didn't try. The service was fast & friendly, & there's plenty of street parking. read more
This place is delicious! We've ordered for delivery a few times with different items and everything is just perfect. My bf loves the burgers and I think my new favorite ate the chorizo fries. Think chili cheese but with chorizo. And if you ask for them spicey, they are spyyyyyceeee Definitely recommend read more
I wanted to love Corner Burger, but my food was honestly just A-okay on 12/13/20. My burger patty was disappointingly dry, thus, lacking flavor. The brioche buns were absolutely delicious, though. The fries, while served super hot, were still undercooked. The burgers are definitely on the pricey side: - #5 Southwest burger: jalapeño ranch, sliced yellow hot peppers, jalapeños and pepper jack cheese ($8.49) - fries ($2.75) Orders come out in about 10-15 minutes. Corner Burger is in a decent location in North Lawndale. Ample, free parking nearby. The staff is friendly. Should have went with a breakfast burger and a medium temperature range instead of medium well. Next time... read more
