The chefs table is right in front of a window looking into the kitchen so I was able to get a front row seat to view the action. I was pleased with the wait staff and the main waiter for the table might be the best waiter I've had at a restaurant. The food and drinks were delicious. The menu is fairly simple with cautious creative elements in some dishes. The flavor profiles were interesting as they mixed cuisines. For example, cod with green mole. The Spaniard and Mexican flavors worked well together making a delightful dish. The menu was able to play with flavors to be impactful but not too extraordinary which played a beautiful yet delicate balance. After our tasting menu was over, we were invited to the rooftop of the hotel to take in the views of the city while also enjoying a drink. An excellent end to an excellent dinner. I think Moments is a slept on restaurant which many more should try.

It was very flavorful and I found it to be super enjoyable... highly recommend both dishes!

My biggest complaint was the amount of small children running amok in the evening/nighttime hours. These kids were in stocking feet playing in the lobby and bar kicking soccer balls around (nearly tripping people) and sliding down the marble ramp in the lobby. The parents completely ignored this behavior and hotel staff did absolutely nothing to correct the behavior. I want to enjoy a 5 star experience without the lounge turning into a playground.
