It's done so right, juicy tangy, bursting with flavors and the pita in the salad is made into a curly flower and gives a delicious crunch. It was gigantic and had mover a dozen different dishes. There was hummus, baba ganoush, falafel, dolmas, various meats, flat bread and rice. Each was very flavorful, carefully prepared and disappeared quickly. Although there were three of us, we hit a wall and could not finish off the platter.
