I've been to multiple locations and found great quality, service, and consistency every time. I visited the Highlands Ranch location on my most recent trip and wasn't disappointed. I was on my way to RedRocks and ordered online. It was simple, quick, and easy. My order was ready when I arrived but the interior of the restaurant looked clean. The employees were friendly. I always get the super club and on this visit it was exactly how I remembered it. Delicious! I also get a jumbo pickle because I just have to, they're so good! If you're in the area definitely stop in! I can't wait until I can again or Snarfs comes a little further east!

I placed an order online for my wife and daughter after a long day at an outdoor charity event, we were all tried and hot and hungry. My other daughter and I ordered from a different sandwich shop that does not deliver. The Snarf sandwiches were delivered while I was out picking up the rest of dinner. The sandwiches delivered were wrong. I called the store and told the employee that we got the wrong food. They offered to refund me and I explained that I wanted the correct food because I still had people to feed. Note to Snarfs if I wanted the different food I would have ordered the different food. They said that they could remake the food but couldn't guarantee delivery because they use a third party service. This sent me through the roof. I started to rant about what is the point if I still don't know if food is actually coming when the employee cut me off and demanded to talk. Fine; pissed me off but we were getting nowhere so I get it. They finally told me that they got confirmation from the third party that they could do another delivery so that is what we settled on. I then go a text from that third party that they couldn't deliver for another 40 minutes. Now we are approaching bed times and that is really not going to work so I drove to Snarfs because it is like five minutes from the house. I just want to feed my family at this point. When I got to the shop I just asked for my food so I could go home. I wasn't even mad anymore just tired and over the whole thing. As I walked in they said that the third party just picked up the food and it was on its way to my house {twenty minutes sooner than they texted}. I literally followed the driver to my house, I didn't know it was them until they got to my neighborhood but then I assumed. They handed me the food in the driveway. Due to the whole experience, if it is up to me I will not use Snarfs again. There are other sandwich shops around that I didn't have a bad evening with.

For $77, that's unacceptable. To make things worse, staff were openly cussing at customers inside the restaurant, which made the whole experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. The cookies were just as disappointing - burnt and stale, like they'd been sitting out all day. Really frustrating experience from a place we usually enjoy. Hoping this was a one-off, but it definitely didn't feel worth the time or money.

She said I could eat outside on the patio instead. What made the situation especially frustrating was that no one mentioned while we were ordering that all orders would be to-go or that the dining area was closing. Had we been told beforehand, we would have planned accordingly. At the time, my husband was in the restroom, and I was holding our baby. I also had our drinks and my freshly made sandwich. Being told to immediately leave and wait outside while juggling a baby, food, and drinks felt incredibly inconsiderate and unwelcoming. I completely understand that businesses have closing hours, and I respect that employees want to finish their shifts on time. However, asking a customer to leave just moments after handing them their food and without any prior warning created a very uncomfortable and inhospitable experience. It felt less like a reasonable closing procedure and more like we were being rushed out the door despite having just been served. A little communication or a few minutes of grace while my husband finished in the restroom would have made all the difference. Instead, the interaction left us feeling unwelcome, and it unfortunately overshadowed the entire visit.

The food came out quickly, servers were all smiles, but the store was not as clean as you'd expect with so many employees standing around with little to occupy them. Ice was all over the beverage machine, the Peach Tea dispenser was empty (and still empty 20 minutes later), the floor was crumby, and napkins and dropped menus were under tables. Our food was fine. I liked the lemon basil chicken salad, and the side of chicken tortilla soup, while very small (5 oz., maybe?) was tasty but certainly not close to hot. My dining companion ordered the bacon cheddar melt sandwich--oops, out of bacon, so he settled for a turkey club sandwich, which was fine. The side of macaroni and cheese (again, very small) was good. We liked the small buttery cookies, pickle spear, and crackers. Since there were so few diners, the restaurant wasn't noisy.
