I received a binding estimate for the move and that's exactly what I paid (I got an invoice by email and I thought "ah, here's the gotcha", but it was a refund because my items came out of storage early). The movers were professional and did a great job on both ends. There were a couple of minor dings and breaks on the older and weaker pieces ($5 chair from yardsale, e.g.), but all the glassware, China and big pieces were intact. They delivered in the delivery window. One thing to watch out for-- our packers were short and couldn't see into the high cabinets so I had to come along behind and make sure they'd gotten all the items out.
