    Long story short, they price gouge and lie. They will scam you and not do a good job. They DOUBLED…read morethe price of what they told me it would be so I ended up almost paying $1,000. They lied about what they had cleaned and I had to hire a different company to redo everything. This initial interaction made them lose a potential customer for weekly cleaning. I called and scheduled a deep clean of my whole house prior to moving in due to recent renovations. They told me they'd send 4 people for four hours and it would be approx $450 and put a hold on my card. They called me day of, after already starting, and told me the price is DOUBLE what they quoted because they brought extra people. THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHECK IF THAT WAS OK WITH ME FIRST. They reassured me that they cleaned everything thoroughly top to bottom, including windows, door frames, inside drawers, etc., especially since I specified that my husband has allergies. After we moved in, I noticed plaster dust all over the bathroom floor that they said they had cleaned, there was still dirt near the floorboards. We got in at about 11pm so I didn't see everything when I called. They immediately sent a crew over to redo the problem areas at no extra charge, which was very nice of them, but I also paid almost $1k for a bad job. I also didn't notice ALL of the areas in our whole house until later on so obviously I wasn't going to have them come back.. They said the dust was all cleaned and must have reappeared due to the vents. I said that's not possible since I just paid to have them professionally cleaned prior to them coming the first time. They had no answer to that. Then they cleaned our pocket doors in front of me... there was insulation all over it so they clearly didn't even pull the door out to clean it the first time. I attached pictures here of all the plaster that fell when I cleaned the top of the doorways myself - at least an inch thick. There's no way they even touched it. Very disappointing given that they told me they already did that.

    I was promised a window between 10 am and 2 pm on the date that I scheduled my appointment. A…read morerepresentative from the company informed me that I would receive a call at least thirty minutes in advance of when the operators would arrive at my residence. I called the business approximately 25 minutes prior to the end of my appointment window to inquire about the status of the operators. I was told by the manager, Ray, that the status of the operators was unknown and that the window of the appointment would not be met between the promised hours. After explaining that I could not reschedule the appointment due to scheduling conflicts, I was told by the manger that there was no other resolution to my problem than to reschedule the appointment or cancel the booking. After explaining that I couldn't reschedule or cancel the appointment, the manager suggested that canceling or rescheduling the appointment wouldn't result in me any personal monetary loss and that I should just accept the fact that the operators would be late instead of arguing with him on the phone. The manager informed me that he refused to continue to speak with me and he would inform the operators to not complete the transaction. I spoke with the operators shortly after speaking with Ray, they informed that they were not aware of the decision and they would contact the manager to confirm the details. I didn't receive another call after the conversation with the operators and the appointment was not fulfilled.
