We were not told if his brother worked for the company or not or even knew how to drive a large van. When his brother came to get us he said they had just switched so Chaz could drive a different group of people somewhere. The van also reeked of smoke when he came to pick us up from our location. Both Chaz and his brother seemed to have a hard time controlling the van which made it scary for all involved. All the owner offered us was a $200 credit to book with them again. The driver and the company have been incredibly unprofessional. I would stay away from them at all costs.

Home of August Wilson (mentioned earlier) and where "Fences" was filmed. Made Pittsburgh a real incubator for jazz innovation in the early 20th century.
