They came out the next day (which was a Saturday) and were professional, careful, and on time. Jason is a musician himself, so he really appreciated the value of the instrument and took care to see that it arrived at my home without damage. This was not the cheapest estimate I got, and I know that he charged me extra for the inconvenience. But it was worth it to me. The other providers could not get to my job for weeks and most were not willing to take the old piano. I should add that there were 20 outdoor steps involved.
