Once again a great bowl. Lots of fresh veggies, cold noodles, plenty of chicken cubes and a great spicy Thai sauce.

Service is always top notch here. From the staff to manager I have always had pleasant visits. Ordered the limited harissa chicken bowl. Saucy, loaded with feta. Was delicious. Hope this becomes a regular item!

Last time I came here there was literal poop on the floor as pictured. On my second visit as I decided to give them another chance there was urine, which is pictured below. Also it is a mess in there. I am never going again. If you can't keep the side the customers see clean what is your kitchen looking like?! This is a hazard!

I keep giving this place another try hoping they will improve but sadly I'm afraid that may never happen. Today, I paid extra to add 2 additional ingredients to my bowl. Neither were added. My bowl was also missing 2 ingredients it's supposed to come with so in total 4 ingredients were missing. A coworker picked it up for me and didn't notice before coming back to our office. I will be hesitant to return here unless I am able to watch them make my bowl in front of me because it seems they often forget ingredients.

I pick up takeout from here once in the 3 weeks or so. They have good Covid protocols. They also pack to-go very well. The menu has changed a little over time. I like that, keeps things fresh. Their app is very good and fairly easy to use. I wish this small chain well. Update 20 2021

Great healthy bowls, especially with a coupon! We ordered 4 for the 2 of us and enjoyed multiple meals from them! Also enjoyed their smoothies and drinks. Nice to have the opportunity to enjoy something healthy and simple.

It was my first time eating at CoreLife Eatery and I was not disappointed. Food was fresh and bursting with flavor. Very delicious! Would recommend ordering the spicy steak bowl!

Took a little shopping break and decided to try CoreLife for the first time. It was a large open restaurant and set up similar to a subway or chipotle. I ordered the sriracha tofu bowl which had kale, tofu, carrots, broccoli, and quinoa. It was mixed well with a spicy dressing. The bowl was tasty and filling. It wasn't too heavy. Since the bowl was called Sriracha Tofu I assumed the tofu would be seasoned in a particular way, but it was just regular tofu. I also ordered a tomato basil soup which was nice on a chilly afternoon. It was full of flavour and was also on the thicker side which I enjoy. I also had a lemon spindrift to drink. I would definitely return the next time I'm across the border for a quick and healthy lunch break.

Since I've started to become more active and serious in terms of reviewing onYelp, I am on the process of trying places that are new for me as well as returning to places I haven't been to in a while. It had certainly been quite some time since I've been to CoreLife... probably at least 2 years. My previous experiences were mixed, with the most recent and most memorable being very disappointed with the broth bowl I had... but that was then, this is now. Having the memory of being very disappointed with the broth bowl, I decided to stay away from any of those for my return visit. I wound up ordering the Large Buffalo Southwest Chicken Purple Rice Bowl with ranch (not a fan of blue cheese dressing) to go and it was very filling and absolutely delicious. The chicken was freshly prepared for my order, and the rice, beans, corn, tomatoes, cheese, and everything was really fresh and flavorful as well. I'd definitely be interested in coming again sometime soon, bit am not sure if this will become a regular spot for me or not. I'm fairly certain jowever that whatever I order will be based with the purple rice, as my recollection of prior experience with getting broth or green bases were less impressive. Was overall very pleased with my meal and it definitely won't take two years for me to come back again.

Practically no chicken- like 1/4 of a cup. There is no chicken under any of the other ingredients.

Roughly like 1/4 cup of chicken. When I saw the worker add the chicken I thought surely this is just the left over from the grill and he will add more. He did not :/

So I wanted to go to this place because of it's rating, but didn't realize it's a chain until I went there. We looked into yelp for suggestions and the two spicy Thai chicken and the spicy ginger steak came up as the first two popular choices. When you stand at the salad bar waiting for your order or watch the makers prepare your salad, you will feel impressed. The vegetables look the freshest of the fresh and you see your steak being prepared and cut in front of you. It instantly gives you a good impression about the place. However everything comes to taste and I am a big fan of flavorful food. Both bowls cost ~$12. So the spicy Thai chicken was good. It's flavorful. The spicy steak has beef broth in it that you can choose it's quantity. Too much of the broth actually mellows down the taste. It's filled with vegetables and very less amount of protein. To be very honest I didn't quite like the steak bowl while eating there. But I had some left over vegetables and broth that I brought back home and added some home-cooked steak. Now it tastes delicious I would give this place 4 stars because despite my experience, the salad preparers did their job well as they were quite careful in putting the right amount of ingredients to the bowl and the ingredients are fresh (unless I get to know that they put some anti-wrinkling agents to their vegetables. In that case I'll be very disappointed) I guess you need to know the flavors of the ingredients before hand if you care about flavors. And the flavors mostly come from their dressings. I would like to research some more about their different dressings before going there next time. The yelp suggestion didn't quite work out for me. ‍

So many wonderful bowl choices like the steak bacon and bleu cheese bowl, chicken cobb bowl, kale caesar chicken bowl, mediterranean bowl, southwest grilled chicken and what I chose the very delicious chicken tortilla bowl which included spinach, black beans, corn, chicken, tortilla strips, chick peas, avocado and tomatoes, they also have the build your own bowl option.

Love this place. However, last visit staff was unpleasant. Shortages of workers from Covid may have played a factor in this

I had to get my beloved Vietnamese iced tea from them, even though it always keeps me up at night due to caffeine intake. My sister and I both got pho as our meal. Their pho is the warmest, most comforting hug you can imagine, heating your soul and scratching that serotonin itch. We both raved about the food to each other and anyone else within earshot. If you've never had pho, just know that it's rare beef placed into a hot, delicious, savory broth heaped with vermicelli rice noodles and veggies. There was so much food that I got to take some home, so there was a lot of value for an affordable meal. My sister and I talked for hours. We were never rushed, never bothered to leave, and for that, I'm grateful. We absolutely love it here and I think anyone who's ever been there as well would agree that's it's a highly underrated spot. Let's get on this, fellow Yelpers!

If you are fortunate, you will discover one or more amazing places to enjoy a good start to your day. We had such a discovery on a raining windy Monday morning in North Tonawanda. Figmor Cafe Is at the end of the block on which the Riviera theater sits. The exterior is appealing but when you open the door you will be welcome. with love and happiness. the interior is absolutely a comforting type of place to enjoy a breakfast or another meal. we were seated pretty close to the front door, but I soon discovered a really cool back room and an outdoor enclosed patio. The staff member told me it was too windy and rainy to see people on the patio on this day. the menu has all the classics but it also has some really special special menu items created just for this eatery. They had several different Benny's but most importantly they had authentic homemade corned beef hash, which is always my test of a place that serves breakfast. I went for their cowboy Benny which had corned beef hash underneath the perfectly prepared eggs. Their home fries were just right with peppers and onions (there is a slight up charge). My dining partners' selections were prepared perfectly as well!! perfectly prepared food that tasted delicious with a great atmosphere and superb staff! My coffee was so good and the waitress kept a careful eye and when the cup dropped below the midpoint level she was there to top it off. One of the pleasant surprises was Joe who knew where I lived in New Jersey and had vacationed in Ocean City, New Jersey which was the vacation location of one of us but during her youth. what a great place for breakfast and I'm sure we will return there again. upon leaving. Joe gave us each a lollipop and I even got a chest bump from Joe!
