Large specialty bowl - harissa chicken. Love their purple rice and all the fresh produce.

One of my favorite chains. Love their warm rice bowls, they're so satisfying. You need to try their purple rice! This visit I had their seasonal warm rice bowl, harissa chicken. Saucy, flavorful, and full of texture. Will never turn down the opportunity for a CoreLife meal.

I've always loved CoreLife! I'm a fan to the CORE. It's always a great feeling knowing that at the CORE of every dish, our health is the focus I've been patronizing CoreLife for yearssss, since it first opened. It's been some time since I came last but we always pick up where we left off. My go-to-bowl is the Steak Bacon Blue salad. I usually substitute the tomatoes for picked onions and add potatoes (the potatoes are a new thing I been trying lately bc of the new steakhouse bowl they offer and wanting to try them) Always 10 out of 10 when they don't skimp on the vinaigrette. The regular size bowl always gives me enough. I'm actually not convinced hoarder size comes with a significant amount more than the regular. I shall return CoreLife!

Service is always top notch here. From the staff to manager I have always had pleasant visits. Ordered the limited harissa chicken bowl. Saucy, loaded with feta. Was delicious. Hope this becomes a regular item!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Last time I came here there was literal poop on the floor as pictured.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]On my second visit as I decided to give them another chance there was urine, which is pictured below.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Also it is a mess in there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I am never going again. If you can't keep the side the customers see clean what is your kitchen looking like?! This is a hazard!

I keep giving this place another try hoping they will improve but sadly I'm afraid that may never happen. Today, I paid extra to add 2 additional ingredients to my bowl. Neither were added. My bowl was also missing 2 ingredients it's supposed to come with so in total 4 ingredients were missing. A coworker picked it up for me and didn't notice before coming back to our office. I will be hesitant to return here unless I am able to watch them make my bowl in front of me because it seems they often forget ingredients.

I pick up takeout from here once in the 3 weeks or so. They have good Covid protocols. They also pack to-go very well. The menu has changed a little over time. I like that, keeps things fresh. Their app is very good and fairly easy to use. I wish this small chain well. Update 20 2021

Great healthy bowls, especially with a coupon! We ordered 4 for the 2 of us and enjoyed multiple meals from them! Also enjoyed their smoothies and drinks. Nice to have the opportunity to enjoy something healthy and simple.

Took a little shopping break and decided to try CoreLife for the first time. It was a large open restaurant and set up similar to a subway or chipotle. I ordered the sriracha tofu bowl which had kale, tofu, carrots, broccoli, and quinoa. It was mixed well with a spicy dressing. The bowl was tasty and filling. It wasn't too heavy. Since the bowl was called Sriracha Tofu I assumed the tofu would be seasoned in a particular way, but it was just regular tofu. I also ordered a tomato basil soup which was nice on a chilly afternoon. It was full of flavour and was also on the thicker side which I enjoy. I also had a lemon spindrift to drink. I would definitely return the next time I'm across the border for a quick and healthy lunch break.

It was my first time eating at CoreLife Eatery and I was not disappointed. Food was fresh and bursting with flavor. Very delicious! Would recommend ordering the spicy steak bowl!

Since I've started to become more active and serious in terms of reviewing onYelp, I am on the process of trying places that are new for me as well as returning to places I haven't been to in a while. It had certainly been quite some time since I've been to CoreLife... probably at least 2 years. My previous experiences were mixed, with the most recent and most memorable being very disappointed with the broth bowl I had... but that was then, this is now. Having the memory of being very disappointed with the broth bowl, I decided to stay away from any of those for my return visit. I wound up ordering the Large Buffalo Southwest Chicken Purple Rice Bowl with ranch (not a fan of blue cheese dressing) to go and it was very filling and absolutely delicious. The chicken was freshly prepared for my order, and the rice, beans, corn, tomatoes, cheese, and everything was really fresh and flavorful as well. I'd definitely be interested in coming again sometime soon, bit am not sure if this will become a regular spot for me or not. I'm fairly certain jowever that whatever I order will be based with the purple rice, as my recollection of prior experience with getting broth or green bases were less impressive. Was overall very pleased with my meal and it definitely won't take two years for me to come back again.

Service was quick, and our food came out hot and fresh shortly after we ordered. We shared everything family-style, including the pan-fried pork and chive dumplings, crab and pork xiao long bao, and the OG peanut noodles with chicken. Everything was delicious, but the xiao long bao was easily the highlight. The dumpling skin was the perfect thickness, and you could really taste the crab in the filling. The prices were also very reasonable, especially compared to other dumpling spots I've been to that cost more without matching the quality. I'd definitely come back the next time I'm in the area!

My wife and I are dumpling aficionados and mostly have to make our own at home so we were excited when this place opened. It was super busy when we got there, even on a Monday night, but we still got served pretty fast. We had two types of dumplings, chicken and pork, both pan fried and they were both great. We also tried the pork belly bun which exceeded expectations. For dessert we had the sesame balls which were sweet and had the perfect texture. We liked everything and we will be back here for sure.

It's cafeteria style (for now, I'm sure), where you go up, order, pay for your food, then sit at one of the 4 tables. The place is very clean and for now, they have folding chairs, but you will absolutely overlook that when you try the food. It's a small place and I'm sincerely hoping eventually they can expand. And I'll explain why... . As the owner will proudly tell you, they have won awards for their sauce. I'm not in the least bit surprised... it is absolutely scrumptious! It's not like the sauce you find at most places. This is authentic Northern Italian sauce. The flavor is so rich, I could literally drink it from a cup! The meatballs are very flavorful, and the homemade bread... thick and hardy. . I ordered what was a breaded rice ball with a meatball in the middle. They threw in a couple extra meatballs and cut me a huge hunk of bread. My friends all ordered what was a stuffed half loaf of bread and got to choose their own fillings. We were all extremely happy with the food. . Now what makes this special other than the food... the two men who make sure your dining experience is a good one. The owner, once we were finished eating, sat with us at our table and got to know a bit about us. He told us that he also offers cooking lessons with Italian lessons! What a great idea for a group of people to experience. . Please give this little gem a chance. They certainly deserve all the kudos. We all agreed we will be returning soon. .

I had a waitress that wouldn't stop yapping to me -very annoying. The food was great -excellent- but there was so much of it that it was almost disgusting. I told the waitress to tell Joey that the portion size is too big-because it was just too much food. The second time I went with someone -we both enjoyed the breakfast- but a waitress was cleaning the table next to us when it vacated with some sort of ammonia solution, and it ruined both of our appetites. The third time I went with another person -a different person -we ordered eggs and toast for $7.99. I ordered an extra steak tips which is offered on the menu for seven dollars expecting that to add up to $14.99 for my portion of the bill. Instead the waitress billed me $20.49 -which is a 10 ounce sirloin steak and eggs breakfast. BIG DIFFERENCE. I pointed out That the verbiage on the menu indicates that you can order the steak tips on a classic breakfast, which mine is. For seven dollars extra. This beast of a waitress said that they'll do it (the right thing) this one time -but from now on even if you order just steak tips or the steak and eggs that's the 10 ounce steak cost is $20.49. This makes no sense Joey. So that's why I only raised my review of one star. The food is excellent, but there is still lots of room for growth.
