Despite the change of plans, he persevered, kept in touch, assessed the situation and gave me a price without any hassle or drama, which I appreciated. Some companies are not able to give estimates without both homeowners there walking thru everything which is ridiculous. Anyway, he came back a few days later, showed up right on time for the job and got to work right away. There was minimal disruption and the guy worked very well independently.
