They said it was the thermostat which we had suspected, paid them to replace it and they sent us on our way. The day after we had gotten the car back, it overheated on my daughter. We took it back and they said that it must've been a faulty thermostat and said they replaced it again and sent us on our way the second time. Again, it overheated. Took the vehicle into another shop and they confirmed a bad thermostat after we had already paid to have it replaced by Tim and gave him the vehicle 3 times to fix it. Tim then proceeded to tell us it wasn't the thermostat after all, we needed the water pump replaced. This is a newer Ford Explorer, not hard to diagnose, yet they somehow missed the "correct" diagnosis the few times. Bad mouthed the other shop. Tim also needs to understand that customers in his shop can overhear him cussing and badmouthing customers when he is on the phone. Will be contacting Better Business Bureau, but hoping to save others from this frustration and loss of money.

I…read morehad a tire pressure sensor that wasn't functioning on my gladiator, due to a tire rotation between my spare and my right front tire that was done at the Jeep dealership at an inflated price. I was kind of sketched out by the local Jeep Dealership because of some other shenanigans. When I called Todd and told him about my situation, he said the easiest thing would be to just dismount both of the tires and take the pressure sensor off of the working tire and put it on the spare tire made right front tire. I do have some abnormal rims, they are the Icon Rebound Pros. They have a street legal bead-lock system that is pretty new to the market, but he had no issue dealing with that. He had me drop it off around noon the next day the work was done quick and the price was very reasonable. I look forward to taking all my cars back to this shop for the duration of my time living here.

Went to Walmart auto the following day and was helped by a gentleman named "Buster" I may be wrong about the name. Dark haired fellow and got me scheduled for an appointment and explained clearly and completely that I could use Walmart's synthetic and would be $58. The young man "Dillion" was the tech with the oil change. Big, bright and friendly smile and I was immediately put to ease with Dillion's obvious knowledge and expertise. He was simply Great!! From greeting me, to the service and through the payment step. Awesome and seamless, bravo to you Dillion and you are doing an excellent job!!!!!
