Huge thanks to Jesse, Jerry, and Karrie! They took fantastic care of my 1965 Mustang--fixing the door, the carburetor, and the brakes. Professional, skilled, and honest. Highly recommended! read more

Gonna start with this review is NOTHING personal against Kerrie and Jessie. They are very nice people when you actually speak with them. But, my review is similar in status as the other 1 star reviews, NO COMMUNICATION....PROMISED DEADLINES COMING AND GOING....ETC. They picked up my 84 Camaro Z28 in August of 2024. It had electrical issues and interior issues. Also wanted the car wet sanded and buffed as it was recently repainted but not wet sanded.. They did scratch the lip around the front, but owned it and said they'd take care of it. To this day, the paint has not been corrected, they have done the wiring, as in their electrician checked it out and said it was now good. Car starts according to them. After MANY calls unanswered, text messages unanswered I have decided to do this review. I hate reviews!!! But, if it keeps others from going through what I am going through....so be it. I did tell them when they picked it up I am NOT interested in a show car. I want something that I like and SAFE to drive. Contract was for electrical rewiring, I provided the harness, paint wet sanding and buffing....interior panels, door skins, lizard skin the body, new carpet, NEW HEADLINER THAT ACTUALLY FITS THE CAR. And all cloth panels on the interior redone to match carpet and seats. I "did" say I was in no extreme rush for the car to be completed. But, 18 months is way too long for the amount of work they had, have to do. Last time I had any contact with them was DEC 24th. At that time I was told the lizard skin was going into the car. Then, on Jan 23rd I am told they are reaching the halfway point of the lizard skin. WTH? I want the car finished. I have been told the delays are due to other cars having to be completed ahead of mine, or for a rush timeline for various other reasons. The stories between the 2 differ widely. I just want the car finished!!!!! read more

These are the damages that Classic Touch Interiors and restoration did on my truck. This is Carrie and Stewart's problem now after paying them almost $30,000 . I've already posted on Google a review showing 33 pictures of Damages they've done but it wouldn't let me add any more to my review so I'm posting the rest of them on Yelp . Under any circumstances I would not let this company do any work for you on your vehicle whatsoever they will destroy your vehicle. The next two images is my positive terminal going from my battery down to my starter that they never crimped and came undone out of the terminal and started sparking all over the undercarriage of my truck. Is next image is after they painted my front clip of my truck they had too much paint and they wiped it. Next images where they got too much clear coat and it ran down off my front fender to the lower plastic of my bumper. The next two images is my carpet to metal thresholds when you Open Your Door it's the plastic molding along with the molding behind my backseat the holes of my Jack and my spare tire stuff that they broke and used half of the circle and glued it onto my threshold molding as seen in the picture to put it back in place. The next picture is another piece of my carpet to door threshold that they broke and then glued back together. Please if you value your vehicle don't take it to this company and don't refer this company to anybody you will regret it . read more

POOR COMMUNICATION, MISSED DEADLINES They still have my truck and haven't finished the work, it's been multiple years now which is wild. I hate writing these reviews, but after several attempts working with one of the owners to get the company to finish the job I already paid for, other buyers need to be warned. Ive politely chased via communication, sent legal letters, begged, tried to help them hire new employees, and have been more than understanding, and they continue to deprioritize me and not finish the truck after collecting the money. The owners are super kind, and I believe they go above and beyond on the project as they have adjusted scope for me a few times- The large gaps are with execution timelines and ability to deliver, which starts to become crushing after years and years with little to no communication. I've seen them take other business in front of mine as it brings them new money, however, from an integrity perspective, they have yet to finish what they committed to and continuously miss deadlines. They will go months without communication, you may have to chase them down. Have any questions? Reach out to me anytime. I am local in South Denver. I will share my experience with anyone They still have a chance to make it right, but If you are reading this review, this means they still have not completed the job. read more

My wife's 2011 Mercedes 300C had a seat cover rip. I was very concerned about finding matching product for a fifteen year old car. My concern was needless. Classic Touch, Carrie & Jessie, to the rescue! Somehow they found the matching product, kept me in the communications loop, and delivered promptly at a fair price. I was impressed and my wife was very happy with the result. Happy wife, happy life. read more

I generally do not leave negative reviews; however, I feel it is important to share my experience with Classic Touch so that others can make informed decisions before committing to this company. I purchased my truck in October 2019 and delivered it to Jesse at Classic Touch two days later for a full restoration to be completed. Initially, I was on a payment plan of $1,000 per month. After approximately a year, I decided to secure a loan to pay off the remaining balance in full. At that time, I was told the project would be completed within 6-8 months. As of today, more than six years later, I have yet to receive my truck. I have since moved out of state and was originally assured that the work would be completed well before my move--unfortunately, that did not occur. Multiple deadlines have been set and missed, and I have received numerous explanations for the delays. Communication has also been a consistent issue. Most updates have come only after I reached out for information, rather than through proactive communication. Additionally, Karrie has acknowledged to me directly that the level of customer service provided has been poor. At this point, I am considering legal action. I have also requested a detailed ledger of expenses, which has not been provided despite my request being made over two months ago. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company as they do not operate in good faith. I strongly encourage prospective customers to proceed with caution. read more

We just got the final details done on our truck, to say the least it came out fantastic! There was always good communication during the whole process from Karrie and Jesse. As a customer we always want it done quicker but as reality sets in it's much better to have the project done correctly and Jesse delivered that to say the least! We would highly recommend using Classic Touch and Restoration as you will be very glad you did. Larry and Terry Hettinger read more

Jesse, Kerrie and the whole crew did a great job on repairing the driver-side door upholstery of my 2013 Explorer. Compared to the usual work they do, this was small potatoes, but they spent a lot of time with me in making sure the job was done right and done quickly. read more

Jessie and Karrie worked on my long roof Buick wagon, replacing the woodgrain vinyl that was on the vehicle with some new vinyl I bought online. They did good work, they met their estimate, and they did a great job of keeping me updated. The work took longer than expected, but a) parts are hard to find for my vehicle and b) I was in no rush, and gave them plenty of leeway to work on the project. After I paid up, we had a good conversation about upkeep, other things I could work on/restore myself, and they even gave me some excess materials they had left over from my project. All in all, I am very pleased with the work and would recommend Classic Touch to anyone. My only note would be to have some patience, as these older vehicle projects never take less time than you think they will (always more). read more

I had to be patient because of covid and the difficulty Jesse had keeping workers on the job. My 1983 K-20 had gone through a couple of "garage" paint jobs that were heavy on filler and light on actual rust removal. The last paint job, before Classic Touch, was with a company that filled a room with red paint, then drove the truck through, or so it seemed. By the time Jesse got my beloved K-20, it didn't look bad, but had advanced rust "cancer." Classic touch knew just where to start. I soon learned that Karrie can find any metal panel, or part, needed by any vehicle, and is great at writing work orders. Jessie knows all of the inner workings of the most of today's vehicles. I thought I knew my K-20 inside and out, but Jessie knew it better. I wasn't in a special hurry to have the K-20 finished, just finished well. I am now confident that the rust is gone, this time, and I won't have to worry about the K-20 falling apart in my driveway. Jesse was at a disadvantage because he had recently moved to South Broadway. He didn't have the room to turn vehicles over the way he would like. Classic Touch is moving to better quarters soon, and will have the room to finish the work in the expedient manner they would like. There are a couple of items that need to be cleared up on the K-20, but nothing at all about the body and paint work. The one or two fine points that will be cleared up later are the reason I did not give Classic Touch five stars. I am sure that I can come back later and upgrade my review. Jessie has done fine upholstery work in my neighborhood, and I will not hesitate to bring any upholstery problems, or restoration work on any of my vehicles to Jessie. I am also recommending Classic touch anyone that asks. read more

A very trustworthy place. Definitely going there to get a paint job when I need one. They worked on my headliners and door panels, gave me better results than expected. The time that they keep the car is worth the wait. But most importantly they seem to give you a reasonable prize. read more

Jesse and Karrie took care of my Aston Martin which needed a new convertible top, some dash work and some leather seat work. Boy was I impressed. First and foremost, I was quoted over $20k by the dealer to replace the top. Jesse did it for less than 25% of that. He used the same top as the dealer and completed the job SPOT ON without any mistakes!!!! The leather work on my seat were impeccable. Due to Covid, there was some minor issues getting parts but they were beyond communicative. Karrie regularly updated me on progress with pictures and phone calls. I never had to reach out to them to get progress notes. I always try to use a small business whenever possible and in this case, I'm especially glad I did. I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work, their reasonable prices and their communication. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. read more

I can't speak to the quality of the work here because I couldn't get Jesse to show up to any appointment I set with him. I finally gave up and found someone else. He did eventually remember our second appointment 10 days after the fact when he called with a lame excuse, but he did not remember what my name was. Professionalism is lacking here, and I decided not to waste my time. read more
