I've only worked with them a couple times but what can I say, I like them. They do good work, the lady at front desk is kind and patient. No pressure to get things done you don't need. That's about all you can ask for. read more

He really likes this place. They've done good work on his truck and not up charged him. Trustworthy repair shops are difficult to find so I'm glad he found a conveniently located one. read more

Great service. Always transparent and on time. They worked with me to get my car in and we're always communicating about the steps and costs. read more

I had a towing company accidentally pull my control arm loose while dealing with a separate problem. I took it to Wessbecker and they diagnosed it, came outside and showed me exactly what was wrong, gave me photos, and next steps forward. I've never felt like I could truly trust a mechanic until this moment. Not to mention they diagnosed my car for free, I'll 100% be back for all of my other services. read more

We have been taking our cars there for a long time. HONEST, HONEST, HONEST! When something doesn't need fixed, they tell you. If it does, they do an excellent job. read more

Honest, great work. Told us the job would take 2 hours, only took 1.5 hours and that's what they charged us for. Had a minor problem when we got home and the owner drove to our house and fixed it. I would highly recommend. read more

This is the absolute best car service outfit I've ever dealt with. Their service is outstanding only exceeded by their honesty and integrity. One example, and when you read this ask yourself if your automotive repair shop could be trusted to do the same: I had reached about 65k miles on my car, had some play in the brake pedal. I was sure I needed a brake job. I explained this to Jason at Wessbecker. They'd replaced the brakes on my wife's Sequoia a few years back and it's been super since.just one wonderful experience in the many I've had over the years. Jason said that actually my brakes were in pretty good shape so nothing had to be done for many thousands of miles. They could have told me i needed all brakes replaced and I wouldn't have been ok. Would your shop have done you right like this? read more

This business took great care of me when I took my Subaru in to have an oil change, but also a check of my brakes and an inquiry on noise when backing out of parking spots (thought could be CV joint related). When I picked up my car later in the day, Amanda (front desk) informed me my brakes were good all around, the technician could not locate the source of my noise report, and that my oil change was completed. I initially was skeptical that this business could be so honest (had read that on Yelp and other review sites), but I am now a believer. If you want an honest mechanic who is not trying to sell you on unnecessary repairs and will treat you fairly - give this local Castle Rock business a try. I will definitely be a repeat customer! read more

We were an hour into our drive back home to Chicago when we needed a repair on our car. Just by chance we were close to Wessbecker Automotive, so we stopped there. They fixed up our car in no time, and did a great job. They were also very friendly and helpful. We're so grateful they got us on our way so quickly and made sure we had a safe trip back home! read more

I am a car nut and financial advisor. I always tell my clients to go to Wessbecker even if they have to drive a ways to get their car worked on. I like to fix my own cars because it's fun and therapy for me. It's not the best use of my time but it is very satisfying. I think the Wessbecker mechanics know how I feel. They actually admired me for doing my own work and encouraged me to continue having fun working on cars. I had a small machining job that they could have easily sent me down the road to get done by someone else but they were happy to help me. Can't say they would always do that but they probably wanted to help out a hobbyist. I don't think they charged me anywhere near what they could have given their hourly rates (which are very reasonable). Of course the job was done perfectly and it helped me quickly get my car running again. I've been pretty lucky to have not needed to take a job to them I couldn't do myself, but when it does happen, and it will, they are the only shop I would EVER consider let work on my cars. read more

It's #thankyouthursday and I'd like to give a shout out to Wessbecker Auto! They're always so kind and transparent, and they get the job done RIGHT. There have been times this year where my car has given up on me, along with other mechanics in the area, but the Wessbecker's truly have the customer's best interest at heart, and have the skills and knowledge to get your car up and running. Thank you guys!! read more

I have been taking all of my cars to Jason since 1992 and they have always been the best. Jason and his father, Mark (retired) started their company as they were involved in racing cars and as a result they can build a car from the ground up. I have never had any complaints about their work and they always stand behind what they do. In addition, their pricing is very competitive, and I like that they don't do extra work if it is not needed. They have good integrity, and they do quality work. read more

Always quick to diagnose issues. Very honest Professional and friendly. I highly recommend

When you're use to your dad fixing your cars growing up and you have to look for a dependable mechanic, it's tough. We found them when we moved here 2 years ago and they have been nothing but amazing, honest, and priced reasonably! Highly recommend. read more

Great business- they strive to give best service, very fair pricing for all your automotive needs. I've had them work on all of our cars from repairs, brakes etc and great experience. Thanks so much! read more

This place is my new favorite shop. They wont try to get more out of you, very honest and helpful. I have been dealing with smog issues on my truck which another shop wanted 1400$ for a job i already did myself. They found all the issues i was looking for and did not try to get any extra jobs done. They even gave me recommendations on better quality parts. They even had the technician who looked at my truck give me a call for the couple of questions i had. I am so grateful for their service and honesty. They now have a customer for life. read more

We have been taking both of our sons' older Nissan Xterras to Wessbecker for around 6 years. They are always honest, dependable and do great quality work for a fair price. We have tried to go to other mechanics that were closer to where we lived in Golden/Denver but we always regretted it because of the poor quality of work and being ripped off multiple times by unscrupulous mechanics. It's worth the drive to Castle Rock to see Wessbecker every time! read more

We found these guys through an irritating situation with Big O Tires and we're so happy something good came out of it! Big O did a 100k maint job on our F-150 truck (no comments please lol), the day after it started losing power, miss-firing, check engine light came on. Brought it back, and after being told it was a transmission problem, then took it to a Transmission Specialist who told us it's not a transmission problem, we were finally referred to Wessbecker for help. Jason took an itemized list of what Big O did to our truck, and within a short time, he figured it out, it was just one of the new plugs that burned out (Something Big O should've found themselves). Jason actually took it upon himself to call Big O about the job he was fixing of theirs, and got Big O to foot the bill!! Truck is finally running great and needless to say, Wessbecker is now our new place to take our truck for all maintenance! read more

Very good auto mechanics. Always take care of their customers. Thank you Jason for all you do.

Had some minor mechanical repairs to be done in Winter 2016 and the head mechanic made it seem like they did not give a care in the world to doing a quality job and repairing the issues. Some of the parts were still not fully functional when I walked away and they charged hundreds for what was a small job. I felt ripped off. read more

Wessbecker Automotive is amazing! Amanda is the sweetest most caring person ever! We run a domestic violence shelter ministry and she reached out to offer some help to some of our ladies with their vehicles. I don't know of any other auto shop that cares so much about others. They also run a ladies car clinic, which is so much needed. I am so impressed with the professionalism and heart of this company. Five stars all the way! Thank you so much Amanda & Wessbecker automotive! read more

Daughters car. $3000 estimate from a big chain for a valve job. Took it to Wessbeckers for a second opinion. They spent most of the day doing tests and found the problem to be a $90 pcv valve. I am now a customer for life. Thank you for your hard work and honesty Wessbeckers. read more

Great place got oil changed let us know how other fluids looked. They gave time frame and were done quicker!

We have had such a great experience at Wessbecker. My son was quoted twice the price that Wessbecker charges at another automotive shop. The staff is so knowledgeable and it is such a relief to find such an honest business that does a great job! read more

We have been using Wessbecker Automotive for years! Honest and Dependable! Highly recommend! Don't go to BigO- just sayiN!!!

I recently bought a pre-owned car and brought it in for a groaning noise. They checked out my car making sure it was not a safety issue, and advised me to take it to the dealership as it is still under warranty. They did not charge anything, even though they'd been working on it for several hours. THANK YOU! read more

I recommend this place hands down. Being a female many other car repair shops have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge in cars. They don't look for everything wrong with my car in order to profit off that. They tell me what all is wrong but tell me what is a safety issue and what isn't. That there is the first place I've ever had inform me of that. So I know what is a fix that is needed asap and what can wait. The wait for my car can sometimes be a bit longer due to random parts needing to be delivered but the wait is well worth it since the fee is reasonable. I like being able to drop my keys off in advance through a slot in their door as well. Thank you for existing Wessbecker you deserve your great reviews. I found them through using yelp and don't regret it since! read more

I have used Wessbecker Automotive for over 25 years. My family has owned many vehicles and Mark and Jasons mechanics have always been able to take care of anyhing that breaks. My sons Dodge recently began to make a terrible high pitched noise when it was started cold. We had many concerns about it because the car has almost 200k miles. We took it to them fearing the worst and as always they quickly diagnosed the problem. A simple transmission service fixed a badly clogged trans. Filter. We suspected a transmission issue and had even taken it to a transmission shop recently. Lesson learned always take it to Wessbeckers first. They have never let us down! read more

they fixed my car fast and at a reasonable price. my granddaughter refereed me to them. it nice to have a honest mechanic you can trust.

I feel compelled to write a great review for these folks and we didn't even do business. I walked in today and asked about a timing belt, steering rack, and valve cover gaskets on an old Toyota 4Runner. They explained I still had time left on the timing belt and didn't need to worry about the steering rack or valve cover gaskets as my situation was completely normal and warranted no immediate action. They very easily could have recommended $2K+ in work and didn't. When I actually do need something I know exactly where I'm going. As someone new to Castle Rock it's great to find a trustworthy mechanic. read more

We've been using Wessbecker Automotive for over 23 years with complete satisfaction. We came here from Arlington, Texas and needed some big help with our old Mazda323 and later with our old Vega Wagon, and now our old Dodge Stratus. We were pointed by friends to Wessbecker and never looked back. They seem to work with great technical skill as well as hold high values in trustworthiness, professionalism, and integrety. You won't go wrong here. read more

Wessbecker came through again! Last week I was traveling to Texas to visit family for Thanksgiving. On the way down, my car started making a terrible rumbling noise and I stopped at a service station to have it checked out. I was told my wheel bearings needed to be replaced and I was quoted what seemed like an outrageous price. I decided to call Wessbecker to get their opinion. I talked to Amanda who was great as always and she agreed that the price seemed high. She got Mike on the phone with me and he was able to tell me what the anticipated cost should be including parts and labor. As if that was not enough, he then suggested that I contact a local NAPA store and ask them for a referral to a local NAPA Certified Auto Center. He said that if that did not work, he would even be willing to put in some legwork to help me find a mechanic that could help. I followed his suggestions and was able to find a mechanic near me that was able to fix the car at the exact cost they said it should be (which was half of what I was originally quoted). I was able to get to Thanksgiving and then safely back to Colorado. Wessbecker has earned my business over and over again. They always go above and beyond; and they are by far the best auto repair shop in Castle Rock. read more

We have used Wessbecker Automotive for close to 5 years and have recommended them to all our friends. They are fabulous - they do great work and tell you if there is something else that needs to be done. Their pricing is fair, but it's the great work that they do that keeps us coming back. They have steered us clear of doing needless work. Can't say enough about them. read more
