Importantly for me, I can now make a full swing of a golf club that wasn't previously possible. Under Michelle's PT specific plan for me, among other things, it made playing golf a pleasure once again when before I had a lot of pain. I should also mention I can now go back to doing normal household chores such as lifting a bag of groceries and vacuuming the rug, as well as walking a greater distance without physical discomfort. A technician appeared in the room with a brace and said not to worry, it would be covered by insurance. Now, a word about this brace: The exact same make and model is available online at multiple sites for about $30. It's a pretty standard stiff nylon and Velcro brace. A few weeks after the office visit, I received a bill for $89.02. Insurance paid the other half of the cost, not the full cost as the technician led me to believe. It's actually even worse: The practice sought to bill insurance $802.86 for the brace. The bill was reduced to the insurance contract amount of $178.04. I was told it would be covered and never informed of the list price. Plus, it's just offensive they would charge so much for a brace that others sell for $30. When I called the practice to discuss this, I waited on hold for 20 minutes and then was disconnected. I had to call back, wait again, and get transferred between multiple people who said there was nothing they could do about it. They blamed insurance for setting the reimbursement price. This is not how to treat patients. This is deceptive and an outrageous money grab. UPDATE: After no fewer than 10 calls to the practice, I finally reached a supervisor who agreed to drop the $89.02 charge. I appreciate the final decision but it was painful getting to this point.

His methods and use of newer technologies are extraordinary - a first in my experience - worth every penny. I am standing up straight again. I was referred from my doctor to go to Solutions PT because of a sports injury that made me lose…read moremost of my mobility on my shoulder. I had an initial consultation with Natalie, who was fairly new to the establishment at the time. Natalie is extremely knowledgeable, motivated, and approachable when it comes to this practice. She measured my range of motion and checked my strength and saw that both were very limited. I ended up going to PT twice a week and worked with Natalie during the first half of every session, and then the second half would mostly be done with those who assist with the actual exercises. Natalie's soft tissue work is incredible- don't let her petite frame fool you! She is a boss when it comes to making your muscles cry and then feel much better during the week. She's always considerate and asks if anything is painful and if so, she's always quick to dial her strength back! I've also worked with Anthony and Kyler. Both have been such a joy to work with- they really keep the operation going and are great at demonstrating each of the exercises. They are not only knowledgeable, they are approachable, and have great senses of humor. Today was my last session after a few months of PT. I will say, as a patient, you should always be consistent with the exercises you are given. I felt like I improved immensely in a short amount of time, but I also tried to dedicate 30 minutes to an hour each day to do all the exercises I was given by Natalie. That's another thing to note- Natalie is continuously researching and learning new exercises and will have you try them. She's very dynamic in her methodology when creating an exercise plan for you, so nothing stays stagnant. While I'm so happy that I have full range of motion back, I am so sad to be leaving Solutions. They have highly experienced staff who give you dedicated, one on one attention for the full hour and they take a holistic approach to solving your issue -- really listening; asking good follow up questions each session and pivoting as needed; explaining what's going on at all times and how different issues might be connected; working on your muscles with different techniques instead of just giving you basic exercises to do by yourself that you could have found online; etc. I saw Kelly and she is one of those healthcare professionals you wish all providers were like.
