From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed into a clean, comfortable, and supportive environment with a genuinely caring team. Andy and Danny are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. They truly listen--something that means so much when you're dealing with chronic pain and multiple health challenges. I've been treated for back and neck stenosis, knee issues from a torn meniscus, and ongoing pain, and they have been patient, thoughtful, and determined every step of the way. What really stands out is how much they care about your progress. They take the time to tailor exercises specifically to your needs and clearly explain how to do them at home, which has made a huge difference in my recovery. Their combination of hands-on therapy and targeted exercises has helped improve my mobility, balance, and strength--and most importantly, reduced my pain so I can finally rest better. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and incredibly professional. There's a strong sense that everyone is invested in helping you achieve your goals. I was referred from my doctor to go to Solutions PT because of a sports injury that made me lose…read moremost of my mobility on my shoulder. I had an initial consultation with Natalie, who was fairly new to the establishment at the time. Natalie is extremely knowledgeable, motivated, and approachable when it comes to this practice. She measured my range of motion and checked my strength and saw that both were very limited. I ended up going to PT twice a week and worked with Natalie during the first half of every session, and then the second half would mostly be done with those who assist with the actual exercises. Natalie's soft tissue work is incredible- don't let her petite frame fool you! She is a boss when it comes to making your muscles cry and then feel much better during the week. She's always considerate and asks if anything is painful and if so, she's always quick to dial her strength back! I've also worked with Anthony and Kyler. Both have been such a joy to work with- they really keep the operation going and are great at demonstrating each of the exercises. They are not only knowledgeable, they are approachable, and have great senses of humor. Today was my last session after a few months of PT. I will say, as a patient, you should always be consistent with the exercises you are given. I felt like I improved immensely in a short amount of time, but I also tried to dedicate 30 minutes to an hour each day to do all the exercises I was given by Natalie. That's another thing to note- Natalie is continuously researching and learning new exercises and will have you try them. She's very dynamic in her methodology when creating an exercise plan for you, so nothing stays stagnant. While I'm so happy that I have full range of motion back, I am so sad to be leaving Solutions. I'm going to miss Natalie, and the team very much. I would wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone who has any discomfort or pain. There are so many PTs here to choose from and each have their own flair when interacting with patients. I couldn't be happier to have had Natalie as my PT. After years of pain and still (somehow) being able to compete in triathlon (and even a Full Ironman thrown in there for additional pain) and Half-Marathons, it was time to go under the knife. This surgery is not for the faint of heart. I could care less about the scarring; gaining mobility and the ability to exercise again is the focus. My first session was an indepth consult with Lish. Then right into some PT. I actually look forward to every visit. Why? -The team is so supportive, professional and talented. -Clean facility. -They remember your name - it's like Cheers without the alcohol. -They monitor your progress, cheering me on with every milestone. -They give me realisitic expectations, like telling me when i can start running again. -The most amazing PT videos that i need to do at home. Lish sends them to my email and instead of paper, i can watch the videos and it reinforces the techniques. With only 7 more sessions, I am confident I will be out racing again soon! Though I'm only two sessions in, they seem to be knowledgeable and have been very attentive. The locale is small, but clean. The only issue (and a huge one) is the limited parking here. I think there are like 4 or 5 parking spots so if you come here on rush hour, you're simply out of luck. Sure, you can find street parking, but if you're coming here, I don't know, for PHYSICAL THERAPY, walking around is a tad problematic.

The Jackson Clinic leaves little room for improvement. The staff at the Jackson clinic is fantastic. Francisca is a very professional, friendly and polite every time she greats you in the office or on the phone. She is also very proficient and patient scheduling appointments that work with your time schedule. In my 3 months of physical therapy (PT) I worked with a couple of Physical Therapists, Donny, Erin, KD, and Certified Physical Trainer, Hilary. Even though Kristen was my primary therapist, each time I worked with another, it was obvious they all worked well together, as a team, and communicated very well. I never felt like the training was disrupted in the few times I worked with another trainer (my choice due to time conflicts). My primary team was Kristen and her Certified Physical Trainer, Maphase. I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and pleasant team. They were a phenomenally talented, agile to my issues, creative with solutions, and challenging. Kristen was always prepared, concerned with how I was progressing, and committed to returning me to my condition prior to my injury. She discovered a couple of underlying issues leading to some of my pain. She also geared my training towards my new goals with working out, teaching me new exercises in addition to my shoulder workouts. Maphase was an unbelievable complement to Kristen. They were perfectly in sync with my training. Maphase was excited to work with me each time, with incredible energy and personal attention. The workouts were appropriately challenging and always focused on form, strengthening without injuring, and increasing range of motion. I am writing this review a month after treatment to see how I am feeling. I recovered in less time than traditionally allotted for an injury of my kind. I came out very strong, and confident in my shoulder. In addition to my Dr, Kristen, and Maphase, the team at Jackson Clinic, made this possible. I am incredibly grateful to have found them.

They have highly experienced staff who give you dedicated, one on one attention for the full hour and they take a holistic approach to solving your issue -- really listening; asking good follow up questions each session and pivoting as needed; explaining what's going on at all times and how different issues might be connected; working on your muscles with different techniques instead of just giving you basic exercises to do by yourself that you could have found online; etc. I saw Kelly and she is one of those healthcare professionals you wish all providers were like.
