It was Absolutely Amazing!!! I loved the fact that the class helped our teens have fun and unwind. I was really impressed by the Circle of Support. I watched girls who for the most part of the Summer had been quiet and shy. Here they were in the Circle of Support, blossoming right open. Honestly, I questioned if these were the same teens from earlier. The Instructor was Awesome! I would highly recommend for parents/groups looking to bond! You won't be disappointed!

I didn't know what to think when some friends approached me about trying a class. I went and loved…read moreit. Two years later, and I'm still at it. This facility is wonderful. It's clean and they provide all of your equipment (weights, mats, tubes, balls). They even have childcare in the morning. Can't say enough about this organization. They truly make working out fun again. Although the music is not what I typically listen to, I always find a song I know--and even find myself singing the ones I learn. The instructors each have their own flare. Some are tougher, some are more fun, and all are very inspiring. Classes are available from 6:00 am - 7:00 pm. I prefer mornings, but like to mix it up with new instructors in the evenings too.

I also hired a live swing band and after I introduced Evin and Jules (the bandleader), the two of them worked together to coordinate music and dancing for the event without my having to even ask them to, which I really appreciated. At the party itself, Evin and the dancers who accompanied her were brilliant! They provided fun, easy-to-follow instruction for those who wanted to learn some swing moves and taught more complex moves to folks with more experience. They managed to get several folks from the firm out on the dance floor - including many whom I didn't expect to give it a shot!
