Since I knew Haydee had significant years of experience with massage and whomever was massaging me didn't have a great technique. Massage table was extremely hard and the area for your face when on your stomach was very hard and causing me to have a headache that I didn't come in with. Massage therapist didn't talk much. I usually like to converse during my massage as it helps me to relax.
