I am so grateful to have found this family business. Dale and Jennifer are some of the nicest…read morepeople we have met since moving to the area. They came out to service my HVAC within a couple of days of contacting them for routine maintenance. They were super flexible and worked with my schedule. I could immediately tell that I was in some knowledgeable, trustworthy hands. Dale serviced all aspects of my AC and Heating system and took the time to show me on his multimeter that my capacitor was bad, which he deftly replaced for a more than fair price (I googled it, and saw that he charged below the price found in my search results). I mentioned that I have a huge aversion to going into the attic, where my air handler is located, so Dale threw in (and installed, at no charge) a sensor which would shut off my system in the event that my drain line was clogged, before the drain pan could overflow. This was so kind and such a great suggestion because if such a problem were to occur, I wouldn't notice until it leaked into my living space. Dale and Jennifer gave me and my teenage son lots of tips for how we can keep everything running smoothly until our next service next year. We will definitely be calling on them when we're due for maintenance again, or in the event that we have any unforeseen problems.

BEWARE ! ! I should have taken the warnings by other yelpers!!…read more Our price was $175 higher on a preventive maintenance job with NO PROBLEMS! The price estimates given on the phone when you call, "Affordable" Septic Services are NOT the price you will probably end up paying. Like the other Yelp postings warned, the price increases occur while they are on site and at a point where it would be difficult to stop the work. They even raise the price on jobs that are done preventively where there have been NO PROBLEMS!! The person answering the phone reassured me the price our size septic tank would be the estimated price and would not be raised like other yelpers had reported. According to the job foreman-there apparently are "always issues" found, so they raise the price AFTER the holes are dug. Based on our experience, It appears you can't really get the actual price they will charge you before the work has already started and there are big holes in your yard! We have had NO PROBLEMS EVER with our septic after buying the house. NO PROBLEMS ! It has worked PERFECTLY !! We told the person on the phone this before the crew arrived and told the crew that showed up. When they dug two big holes and uncovered the two openings to the septic tank, they FOUND NO PROBLEMS!! They asked when it was last pumped and we told them we were not sure but we had not pumped it in the past 6 years, AFTER THEY DUG THE TWO BIG HOLES IN THE YARD, AND FOUND NO PROBLEMS, THEY TOLD US THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE $175 MORE THAN THE PRICE THEY HAD ORIGINALLY TOLD US FOR THE JOB BECAUSE WE HAD NOT FOLLOWED THE NATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS TO PUMP EVERY 5 YEARS. Again- there was NOTHING WRONG with our septic system. When they had us in a bind with the big deep holes dug and the septic system open to the air, and no pumping had been done -they told us it would be $175 more than they had originally told us the job would be.
