I read lots of amazing reviews on Mundae and requested a service. They were so responsive and talked me through the process. It wasn't long before someone came out to take several tests that consist of an air sample outside and inside and an actual sample of the mold, and a walk around to see if they spot more mold anywhere else. The report came back quick and scheduling of the mold remediation was quick. 3 workers were sent and it took half a day total since it was just our upstairs that needed it. Everyone we encountered was friendly, kind, and informative. Responsive whether it was text, phone call, or email. Appreciate the speediness in which the issue was resolved and felt very pleased with the service. Also I can report back that since then no more mold has appeared. I highly recommend them and have their info saved in case I need them in the future but honestly I hope I really don't.

The owner really knows how to run a business and take care of the customer. Allen is the owner and takes time to visit the site daily to ensure that everything is being serviced as it should. The team is super neat and always cleans up behind themselves. There is so much that I can say about this company, but for now, I'd highly recommend that you check them out for yourself.

Several times that advice proved invaluable. In addition, they treated our project as if it was their own problem - they came the same day we called for the estimate and we received quick responses whenever we texted with an issue. I would highly recommend this local company for any restoration project to your home. They were also a good source for other contractors we needed to finish the project.

Girl arrived with a guy and she was wearing western boots. What I didn't know was she was the translator. The guy, "Juan" couldn't speak english. She walked through my yard that had just been sprayed with fertilizer and proceeded to walk into the house. Mid way through cleaning my carpet, she got in another car and headed out and another guy came into the house. Neither of them could speak english and we just stared at each other because he couldn't tell me how he wanted to be paid. Everyone from the office staff to the technicians seem oblivious to what is going on. I wrote a check and sent the guy on his way. My fault, and a lesson learned because I just cannot tolerate having people in my house working that can't answer questions or concerns and can't even tell me how they need to be paid. The office girls kept saying, "gosh, we're so sorry and we apologize, this will be better next time". But I can assure you I will not ever be using this company again.

You have to look really hard, and know it's there, to tell where the wallboard was replaced. They even closely matched the ceiling pattern! The team was phenomenal, polite, friendly, helpful and skilled. An all around exceptional experience. Value was very good too. The final tally was in line with expectations and perfectly reasonable given the quality of work completed.
