I get that there will be many of you that read this and say well from the outside. It looks like one of those cheap motels. Believe me, I get it. As one of the snobs that would thumb my nose up at this place and don't Nana know about it, well, I'm the only fool here because I've stayed at much worse worse worse places . I got to say that the room is excellent, it is thoroughly clean and just fresh and wonderful. The front desk was very helpful and nice. The bed is very comfortable, and the linens are some of the best that I have slept on in a very, very, very long time. Absolutely love it. The shower has excellent pressure, silverware, pots, and pans, and things like that are available upon request because they have a dinette built into your room. Most places have a very generic under powered hairdryer. And I like that they've gone even there above and beyond, and put a nice hairdryer of a bigger size. I will say don't turn your nose up on this place and location, this was a true gem, and a true find. Glad we finally after all these many times coming into this town I've had a chance to try this out. I will definitely be coming back again and again. And for someone who hardly ever leaves reviews, when a place is excellent, I really have to put something down for a place. IF YOU LIKE: * A check in process where you have to read…read moreinstructions to get your key from a kiosk because the owner "has a bad knee" and can't be bothered to assist you in person * A trip-hazard of poorly laid concrete patch on a decrepit walkway * A noisy fridge that has food leftover from a previous occupant which calls into question the overall cleanness of the room * A loud AC unit that runs non-stop until you shut it off, giving you the bonus option of a hot room * A shower drain that is slow such that you're standing in backed up water * A hot water supply that may or may not give you hot water for your shower * A bed installed close enough to a wall that you have to sidle to get in it * A kitchenette with no cookware or amenities of any kind * An alarm clock alarm that's set to ON by a previous occupant but not turned off because (per the owner) 'it's up to you --not up to hotel staff -- to think to check it' * A lot of hotrod traffic racing up and down the adjacent street until 1am THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! I complained to management about most this (the stuff that's within their control) and got back a response taking no ownership of any of the issues. Bottom Line: pay an extra $20 and find someplace where you can get some sleep and that isn't an out of date dump like this.

On the exact same day I put the tickets in Kimmy escalated the ticket for my fridge and Adian came in like an hour afterwards. I had the fridge repaired in 3 hours. Later on I received a call from Carlee explaining that the internet connection was due to something from the provider and they were working with them to hopefully have a fix for tomorrow. In all my years of renting I've never had such quick and professional treatment for my problems as I have here. I highly recommend them :)

At the end of my lease they acted if it was a surprise to them and I mentioned the maintenance workers where the ones cleaning and they said yeah that must have been when they were doing it. So *A they are not professionals but still charged me for the rates of one. And still did not deduct anything. I paid my rent early sometimes or right on time! They charged me for painting cleaning and took all of my deposit. They never cleaned the apartment to begin with and agreed that the maintenance cleaned it. SMDH they nickel and dime you and still don't make it right! Stay farrr away from this place. They need a house clean up for sure. I'm a sucker for a tiny house, so when I saw these cute little vacation rentals, I was all about…read moreit! They are located along a main street, across from the Zion Canyon Hot Springs. It's the perfect location if you plan to visit the springs (which I also recommend). The space has everything you need to be comfortable and even prepare some small meals. It's lacking a dining table-you can either eat outside with the very small cocktail table or inside at the coffee table. There's a portable burner in place of a stove, which works ok for small things. There's a cool eco-friendly coffee maker. This area gets a ton of wind and is right off the highway, so it can be loud. The owners obviously anticipated this, since they provided earplugs for guests. There is extra bedding, but it's a thin blanket and in the winter months it can get a little chilly. The keyless door worked ok as long as you have one hand to pull the door handle tight and the other to punch in the code. Overall, it's a fun place to stay in a convenient location. The view of the canyon out back was my favorite part and watching the colors of the sunset was mesmerizing.

When we got there, on their end it showed up not being paid, so we never got an email with our check in information. This was of course not their fault, and we got it figured out, but just a warning for any CapitalOne cardholders, I would book this hotel through their website and not CapitalOne! The motel is also super convenient and walking distance to restaurants, shops, coffee spots and the entrance to Zion National Park. Rates use to be extremely reasonable, but I have noticed like everything else they have raised their prices. Still their prices beat most other hotels in town. If you are a no frills kinda person, then you will enjoy a good stay here.
