Their customer service is less than 1 star. I called the business on a Saturday right when they opened to see if I could bring in about 15-20 fish from my tank as it's too overcrowded and I couldn't go during the week and the guy on the phone said no ma'am, which is understandable but I just wanted to ensure there was no way they could accommodate to my circumstances and a man in the background screamed out did she not hear you the first time? I get it they get busy on the weekends, but unfortunately I work all week and can't make it during their business hours. Extremely annoyed with their service but unfortunately I won't really be able to go anywhere else, and they know that too... it's a shame.

And my family, family including the furry members (Benny, Bella, Oliver). The three of them have me wrapped around their little paws. There is nothing I would not do for them. And so yes, I spoil them. The best food, treats, toys, bed, etc. They get it all. Even keep cold water in their bowl during the summer months. So when it comes to a place to shop I can't just hope for the best. And the team, they have to love my furry ones almost as much as I do. I don't care if you ignore me or never ask my name. But you best be getting down on their level and telling them how amazing they are and asking if they want a treat (of course the answer is always yes). And here, it happens every time. It doesn't matter if it's a slow day and I'm the only customer or there's an adoption event and the place is packed; my crew gets acknowledged. Over the years I have come for extra stuff like ear wipes and CBD treats (side note: those things work!). Of course the wall of toys is always a stop. And if I have questions or need further explanation on something, they are there to help. Oh yeah, they also delivery! Like to your front door so you don't even have to get off the sofa delivery. They have a large variety of frozen rodents to feed those wonderful "danger noodles" snakes. I usually stop in and get some frozen rats for my buddy Achilles, or some treats for my special dog Freya. I truly appreciate the great customer service I received and look forward to purchasing more products from him in the future. It is a rarity these days to get someone on the phone right away who will answer your questions and help you without transferring you to another person, putting you on hold, or having you submit a ticket and I really appreciate this. His knowledge on the skimmer was quite extensive as well. Thanks Ryan!

At the…read moretime of purchase, the website indicated an expected delivery date of October 2, and I received an email stating that I would be notified once the item shipped. Unfortunately, I have received no shipping update or meaningful communication since placing the order. I have emailed customer support three times, left a voicemail, and attempted to call the store multiple times, but every call has gone to voicemail and I have received no response. I understand that shipping delays can happen, especially with specialized aquarium equipment, but a lack of communication is much harder to accept. Simply acknowledging my inquiries and providing an updated status would go a long way toward maintaining customer confidence. At this point, this experience does not reflect the level of customer service I would expect from a company seeking to earn and retain my business. I will update this review if and when the situation is resolved. If I continue to receive no response, I intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
