Their customer service is less than 1 star. I called the business on a Saturday right when they opened to see if I could bring in about 15-20 fish from my tank as it's too overcrowded and I couldn't go during the week and the guy on the phone said no ma'am, which is understandable but I just wanted to ensure there was no way they could accommodate to my circumstances and a man in the background screamed out did she not hear you the first time? I get it they get busy on the weekends, but unfortunately I work all week and can't make it during their business hours. Extremely annoyed with their service but unfortunately I won't really be able to go anywhere else, and they know that too... it's a shame.

And so yes, I spoil them. The best food, treats, toys, bed, etc. They get it all. Even keep cold water in their bowl during the summer months. So when it comes to a place to shop I can't just hope for the best. And the team, they have to love my furry ones almost as much as I do. I don't care if you ignore me or never ask my name. But you best be getting down on their level and telling them how amazing they are and asking if they want a treat (of course the answer is always yes). And here, it happens every time. It doesn't matter if it's a slow day and I'm the only customer or there's an adoption event and the place is packed; my crew gets acknowledged. Over the years I have come for extra stuff like ear wipes and CBD treats (side note: those things work!). Of course the wall of toys is always a stop. And if I have questions or need further explanation on something, they are there to help. Oh yeah, they also delivery! Like to your front door so you don't even have to get off the sofa delivery. They have expertise in both saltwater and freshwater and are extremely knowledgeable. Additionally, they build custom aquariums! We just picked ours up last weekend and couldn't be more thrilled and excited. Francois helped us and I highly recommend you let him chat with you to soak up all his knowledge! If you have a question about anything aquaculture, he will have an answer or find it for you. What I really appreciate is that he didn't waste our time trying to upsell or shove the most expensive products - he would list out the pros and cons and give a range of options.
