Great vet and good service. They did a great job vaccinating my cats and spaying one of them. I'm definitely going to keep going to them.

Dr. Landes is another important part of the team, and she and her staff do chiropractic adjustments and red light laser therapy on my dog for her arthritis. I so appreciate her intelligence and resourceful ways in tackling all available healing methods. Dr. Garner is especially brilliant, invaluable, and a core part of the foundation of this business. Anytime I bring my dog in, he comes out and sits down with me and explains everything to me for quite some time so that I can make an informed decision based on my financial ability and the fact that I love my dog and want to keep her as happy as possible for as long as possible. I am so grateful for him and for the whole team. This is my forever primary vet for as long as I live in the CSRA.

I was neurotic, he was having a blast. The team sent me videos of him playing the next morning and my heart was warm again. A huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Most importantly, I trust these people. You can't put a price on that. All the staff there are exceptional and care about every one of their pups. Their facility is well laid out, organized and clean. The play yard is also conducive to safety and playtime for my pup. I'll be doing a day care package so he gets socialized. They do it all. We also took my daughter's dog here when he had Parvo and they gave him excellent care in 2020 and he came home. When the Aiken vet that my husband's family has used for 20+ years, proved it was not a worthy vet, I decided that All God's Creatures would be the place that we would go, no matter how far I had to drive. He had dental surgery scheduled yesterday morning and I called them on Friday to ask if they would be reaching out to let us know of any changes in operating hours on Monday because of the weather. I was assured that they would let me know. Drove 45 minutes and I arrived for surgery at 7:40 AM and nobody was there. I called the only phone number that they have with no answer, knocked on the door and I sat there until 815. There was no way I was going to drive home immediately so I went looking on Facebook to see if there was somebody, anybody that I could reach out to to find out what was going on. I don't follow them on Facebook. And right there was a post saying that they were not going to open until 10:00 AM due to the weather and they would reach out to reschedule via their Facebook page and email. I checked my email and there was nothing. Nohing in junk mail, no phone calls, voicemails, texts. Nothing. Drove another 45 minutes to take my dog home and get myself to work. I'm at work for 30 minutes and I get a phone call asking me to bring him in "now" at which time I explained to her what happened and it was completely blown over. I left work and I went home and got my dog, drove to Augusta again and I took him in. While there I explained to someone else what happened and it again was completely disregarded. "They were supposed to email the cancellations". BUT YOU DIDN'T! And WHY would an email be a sufficient means in which to cancel a surgery??? Not only do I not get notifications for my emails, I don't look at them daily. So even if I had gotten one I wouldn't have known. She tells me they're gonna start the surgery in about 30 minutes and I should get a phone call around 2 PM. Updating me about how it went. I didn't receive any phone call anywhere around 2 o'clock so sometime around 3:30 I started calling to see what was going on. ALL DAY FROM THE MOMENT I TRIED TO DROP HIM OFF I MADE 22 calls and not one was answered. No compensation, no sincere apology, NOTHING. Well, I have a big mouth and I will run it about this interaction until the end of my days when anything involving veterinary care comes up with anyone I'm talking to. For seven years, I've told people about the amazing visits that we've had there and that's over. The staff that you had is clearly not the staff that you have now. My husband also said when he picked him up that the girl at the front was not friendly at all. Also, at our pre-surgical appointment the tech that came into the room was grossly picking food out of her back molars with her fingers after she walked into the room. Gross. And maybe don't do that. On a positive note, it was cheaper than the quote we got at the overrated Aiken Vet and my dog is alive and doing well today.

It's typically nice and clean and staff are nice and professional. You have to sign agreement to pay when arriving but thats understandable since veterinarian care is expensive without insurance. MALPRACTICE -- DO NOT LET YOUR PET BE SEEN BY THE VET SEQUOIA BRUINTON ‼…read more(Read paragraph 4 most important if it's too long and paragraph 6 with the ‼ emoji at the beginning). I think about it every single day. It happened May 18th 2025, and now that it's approaching the end of the year I need to have the strength to tell you all about the vet Sequoia Bruinton at Blue Pearl. My sweet dog was under her care for part of the 3 days he was inpatient at the emergency vet for end stage heart failure. He got to go home for a few weeks before he started showing symptoms again like the day he was brought into the ER. He was the sweetest most gentle boy to everyone and never had a problem with any person, especially females so when Sequoia came into the room for the quality of care check up I requested, it surprised me when he started growling. After a while I was able to get him to calm down and they took him back to give him his check up. Ultimately I decided to go through with euthanasia. The techs failed to correctly administer his IV for the sleepy medicine, and the techs heartlessly were laughing loudly behind the door while they stuck him with a new IV a second time. When they were done I opened the door to see my sweet baby boy looking at me wanting to go home, so confused at what was going on. Letting these girls do what they were doing without any resistance. I didn't say anything but I thought, what kind of person would be laughing out loud while a patients dog is about to get put under?????? ‼ I had my time with him and called Sequoia in, then my boy started growling again. At that point he should've been sleepy but he wasn't. It wasn't supposed to be like this -- I've had 3 other animals I've had to put down and this was unlike any other. I tried to calm him down, but before I could get him calm and to stop growling, I look over and Sequoia already pushed half of the euthanasia through, already killing him. She took him from me. She took his peace from him. She took my peace from me. This was NOT URGENT. I could've gone home with him and waited a few hours for the next vet to come in the next shift, but she was too heartless and too impatient. And that same day I called her crying trying to understand what happened, and she gaslighted me telling me that most vets don't give the sleepy medicine before the euthanasia when that is a downright LIE. ‼ This is something I will live with for the rest of my life, replaying in my head, but to her? I guess being heartless is an ordinary day of business. If you love your animal as much as I loved mine... don't allow her to see your pet, don't allow her to be the one to administer the euthanasia. I already addressed this to management. They didn't do anything but send me flowers and say they were sorry. I wish they never sent me flowers, just a week long reminder of my excruciating pain and experience until the flowers died.

A few years ago I moved a couple of counties over and had a bad experience with another clinic. So it was back to Aidmore where I know my babies will receive the highest quality of care. I am a widow and a nurse, and my work day is too long to leave them home alone. The Vets and staff at Aidmore are amazing with my 2 very energetic, spoiled rotten, misbehaved (my bad :/ ) furbabies. They have a large run, and get to go outside and play in a large fenced yard at least 3 times a day! After almost 2 1/2 years, my babies practically drag me out of the car and into the clinic EVERY morning when I drop them off before work. They don't even mind overnight boarding. I left them once for a week, and they were just as happy to return the next morning! The prices at Aidmore can't be beat, and they offer a 10% military discount. People who complain about costs need to understand that veterinarians are highly educated, as well as specialized, medical doctors, and that the clinic is a mini hospital with a large staff, a lab and radiology and all the logistics it takes to run a business! I'd like to add that I was given the opportunity to visit the boarding kennel to see the conditions. The boarders and hospital kennels are separate. Nor, do the sick animals do their business with healthy animals. I see them walking hospital dogs often, when I arrive in the mornings, and they are not in the same yard where boarders play. I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the kennel. This place is top notch! You just can't get better pet care than Aidmore. The pets of the CSRA are very fortunate to have such quality and compassionate care available! Thank you to all the staff, Dr. Howard, and Dr. Simon. Rex, Chloe and their mom love you all very much!

First and foremost, the young lady at the front desk (who was not Peggy) was kind, smiling, welcoming, and friendly with both her words and demeanor. She asked us to wait one moment while she checked out another customer, which was quick and easy, and immediately checked us in. We discussed the reason for our visit, and she happily took our pet to the back for her immunization. She returned a few minutes later with my pet and led us to an exam room so that Dr. Henderson could speak with us. There was no lengthy wait this time; Dr. Henderson was in the room within two minutes. She went over my pet's health, reason for our pet's visit, and asked if we had any other questions regarding our pet's health or the visit in general, of which I didn't have any. Dr. Henderson then apologized for the events of our last visit. She reassured me that the new office manager had been informed of the events, and instituted changes that should prevent any further issues in the future. To be fair, it appeared to me that these changes were effective considering the night-day difference between our last visit only two weeks ago and now. Dr. Henderson offered me an opportunity to speak with the manager myself, to which I declined, and commented that our visit today was a completely different experience from our previous visit. I thanked her for the opportunity, and that was the end of our interaction. Checkout was super quick and easy, and the bill was much MUCH better this time, and on par with previous billing for the same type of visit. I hope that this experience is the new standard at Paradise: A friendly, professional, and welcoming front desk; adherence to appointment times with little or no waiting (things do happen, it's understandable. But minimize the impact on other appointments); a quick, no-nonsense appointment with an awesome, knowledgeable, friendly and personable veterinarian; comparable and competitive pricing for services. Time will tell, but I am encouraged.
