Everything went smoothly once we got there till my dog needed an X-ray on her tooth. They informed us that their X-ray machine was broken and wouldn't be able to give my dog one and didn't give us a time frame of when it might work so we wouldn't have to go somewhere else and pay another exam fee. I want to share about the consistent care Highland has always provided. We have three furry family members, and seven total over the past 7 years*. Highland has seen them all. *It's worth mentioning that we cared for a few hospice and elderly dogs at the beginning. You can usually get an appointment within a week, but if it's an emergency they will squeeze you in. They also care for other animals. I've seen cats, birds, and ferrets in that lobby.
