They went above and beyond to do micro testing for my kitty whose ears have been bothering her, got us the results and antibiotic drops before we left. Check ups and full vaccination boosters as well as the test and additional treatment for one of our cats under $450 is very reasonable. We will be gladly returning and I recommend this facility to pet owners in the area. My only complaint is that they had 2 large peace lily plants in the treatment room, which are pretty well known to be toxic to cats. Not sure why they would choose to have that in a vet office. Other than that it was a great experience!

I have made friends here, found my pet sitter here, they have gone above and beyond to make sure my dog is cared for when she comes in, and they have even helped me make flexible payments when I was struggling to pay from another country. Dr. Landes is another important part of the team, and she and her staff do chiropractic adjustments and red light laser therapy on my dog for her arthritis. I so appreciate her intelligence and resourceful ways in tackling all available healing methods. Dr. Garner is especially brilliant, invaluable, and a core part of the foundation of this business. Anytime I bring my dog in, he comes out and sits down with me and explains everything to me for quite some time so that I can make an informed decision based on my financial ability and the fact that I love my dog and want to keep her as happy as possible for as long as possible. I am so grateful for him and for the whole team. This is my forever primary vet for as long as I live in the CSRA.

First and foremost, the young lady at the front desk (who was not Peggy) was kind, smiling, welcoming, and friendly with both her words and demeanor. She asked us to wait one moment while she checked out another customer, which was quick and easy, and immediately checked us in. We discussed the reason for our visit, and she happily took our pet to the back for her immunization. She returned a few minutes later with my pet and led us to an exam room so that Dr. Henderson could speak with us. There was no lengthy wait this time; Dr. Henderson was in the room within two minutes. She went over my pet's health, reason for our pet's visit, and asked if we had any other questions regarding our pet's health or the visit in general, of which I didn't have any. Dr. Henderson then apologized for the events of our last visit. She reassured me that the new office manager had been informed of the events, and instituted changes that should prevent any further issues in the future. To be fair, it appeared to me that these changes were effective considering the night-day difference between our last visit only two weeks ago and now. Dr. Henderson offered me an opportunity to speak with the manager myself, to which I declined, and commented that our visit today was a completely different experience from our previous visit. I thanked her for the opportunity, and that was the end of our interaction. Checkout was super quick and easy, and the bill was much MUCH better this time, and on par with previous billing for the same type of visit. I hope that this experience is the new standard at Paradise: A friendly, professional, and welcoming front desk; adherence to appointment times with little or no waiting (things do happen, it's understandable. But minimize the impact on other appointments); a quick, no-nonsense appointment with an awesome, knowledgeable, friendly and personable veterinarian; comparable and competitive pricing for services. A few years ago I moved a couple of counties over and had a bad experience with another clinic. So it was back to Aidmore where I know my babies will receive the highest quality of care. I am a widow and a nurse, and my work day is too long to leave them home alone. The Vets and staff at Aidmore are amazing with my 2 very energetic, spoiled rotten, misbehaved (my bad :/ ) furbabies. They have a large run, and get to go outside and play in a large fenced yard at least 3 times a day! After almost 2 1/2 years, my babies practically drag me out of the car and into the clinic EVERY morning when I drop them off before work. They don't even mind overnight boarding. I left them once for a week, and they were just as happy to return the next morning! The prices at Aidmore can't be beat, and they offer a 10% military discount. People who complain about costs need to understand that veterinarians are highly educated, as well as specialized, medical doctors, and that the clinic is a mini hospital with a large staff, a lab and radiology and all the logistics it takes to run a business! I'd like to add that I was given the opportunity to visit the boarding kennel to see the conditions. The boarders and hospital kennels are separate. Nor, do the sick animals do their business with healthy animals. I see them walking hospital dogs often, when I arrive in the mornings, and they are not in the same yard where boarders play. I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the kennel. This place is top notch! You just can't get better pet care than Aidmore. The pets of the CSRA are very fortunate to have such quality and compassionate care available! Thank you to all the staff, Dr. Howard, and Dr. Simon. Rex, Chloe and their mom love you all very much!

It's gloomy, the people who work there obviously hate their jobs. I paid for two office visits and the vet hardly gave my dogs a glance. When I brought up my dog's anxiety, she instead told me about her friend who had anxiety. It was appalling to say the least. When they were getting my meds together, I noticed how dirty the exam room was. I have never seen anything like this and couldn't wait to leave. My dog needs a dental but won't be getting it there. It's that bad.

I want to share about the consistent care Highland has always provided. We have three furry family members, and seven total over the past 7 years*. Highland has seen them all. *It's worth mentioning that we cared for a few hospice and elderly dogs at the beginning. You can usually get an appointment within a week, but if it's an emergency they will squeeze you in. They also care for other animals. I've seen cats, birds, and ferrets in that lobby. My crew has had annual check ups, teeth cleaned, teeth removed, anal glands expressed here. I appreicate their love for our furry family and recommend them to others.

When the Aiken vet that my husband's family has used for 20+ years, proved it was not a worthy vet, I decided that All God's Creatures would be the place that we would go, no matter how far I had to drive. He had dental surgery scheduled yesterday morning and I called them on Friday to ask if they would be reaching out to let us know of any changes in operating hours on Monday because of the weather. I was assured that they would let me know. Drove 45 minutes and I arrived for surgery at 7:40 AM and nobody was there. I called the only phone number that they have with no answer, knocked on the door and I sat there until 815. There was no way I was going to drive home immediately so I went looking on Facebook to see if there was somebody, anybody that I could reach out to to find out what was going on. I don't follow them on Facebook. And right there was a post saying that they were not going to open until 10:00 AM due to the weather and they would reach out to reschedule via their Facebook page and email. I checked my email and there was nothing. Nohing in junk mail, no phone calls, voicemails, texts. Nothing. Drove another 45 minutes to take my dog home and get myself to work. I'm at work for 30 minutes and I get a phone call asking me to bring him in "now" at which time I explained to her what happened and it was completely blown over. I left work and I went home and got my dog, drove to Augusta again and I took him in. While there I explained to someone else what happened and it again was completely disregarded. "They were supposed to email the cancellations". BUT YOU DIDN'T! And WHY would an email be a sufficient means in which to cancel a surgery??? Not only do I not get notifications for my emails, I don't look at them daily. So even if I had gotten one I wouldn't have known. She tells me they're gonna start the surgery in about 30 minutes and I should get a phone call around 2 PM. Updating me about how it went. I didn't receive any phone call anywhere around 2 o'clock so sometime around 3:30 I started calling to see what was going on. ALL DAY FROM THE MOMENT I TRIED TO DROP HIM OFF I MADE 22 calls and not one was answered. No compensation, no sincere apology, NOTHING. Well, I have a big mouth and I will run it about this interaction until the end of my days when anything involving veterinary care comes up with anyone I'm talking to. For seven years, I've told people about the amazing visits that we've had there and that's over. The staff that you had is clearly not the staff that you have now. My husband also said when he picked him up that the girl at the front was not friendly at all. Also, at our pre-surgical appointment the tech that came into the room was grossly picking food out of her back molars with her fingers after she walked into the room. Gross. And maybe don't do that. On a positive note, it was cheaper than the quote we got at the overrated Aiken Vet and my dog is alive and doing well today.

The cost for the wellness check, beak, nail and wing trim was so low that I was sure that they had made a mistake. MAH uses care credit which makes paying more comfortable. The parking lot is more than adequate. The only downside is exiting the parking lot, especially In the afternoon. It can get a little hectic. My family is very grateful for an avian Vet close by.
