They buffet closes at 11am which is separate from the cafe. They have 2 options, a buffet for $25 or the option to order from a menu. We chose the menu because the buffet didn't really look too pleasing. The food came out hot and was actually decent but I just wish they had a little bit more seasoning on it. The waitress was very polite and gave us a great service.

Coral Cafe is located inside of Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon. I'm not quite sure when it closes, but I know that it opens at 6:30 AM. They have an à la carte option or a buffet option. I believe for the buffet, you'd have to pay $25 per person. My boyfriend and I decided to just go with à la carte. It was a cheaper, and honesty, we wouldn't have eaten too much. When we were seated, we got the menus and ordered our food. No complaints really. Good food. Nice workers. I especially was a big fan of their oatmeal! If you're trying to be more healthy (which I was), get the oatmeal. Apparently, eating oats for breakfast is really beneficial for you. :) I recommend eating here if you're trying to be more efficient with your time throughout the day.

Checking out the hotel we decided to have lunch before heading to the airport. We took our luggage with us and was seated. Me and my husband had the blue lagoon burger, I added bacon and avocado and ate it like a lettuce wrap. My son decided on the grilled hotdog. Our meal together costed us $46 dollars. The burger was good I must say.

Located inside the Miami Hilton across from the airport caters to conventioneers and one nighters It's old-school like the hotel but everybody was friendly and our server did a good job It is pricey but it is Miami and it is convenient if you're staying in the hotel. The café has a open business type feel... Like you meet your coworkers for breakfast. Where next-door is the hotel bar that looks hip does have limited food and has a good vibe! The place you're going to get good food and good service is going to be a little pricey!

Located inside the Hilton Miami Airport I had the opportunity to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner there during my stay. Breakfast - I ordered Buffet style breakfast and was typical of what you would expect in a restaurant including an omellete bar. $22 was a bit pricey for what you get - you may be better off ordering from the menu. Lunch - I ordered the Mojo Chicken breast which was inspired by the local Cuban food. I found the chicken was over-cooked, the plantains were not memorable and the service during the lunch rush was horrible. Our waiter left on break without telling us and we had to ask for our food...then ask a 3rd waiter for the check. Dinner - I love to have a good cheeseburger and I have to admit that this restaurant did not disappoint with the Steak Burger. Very well prepared, seasoned and fresh produce. Overall a little disappointing when factoring in the prices they charge considering there are many options in the local community.

Civiche was really good. Fish was tough at times but a great taste. The fish tacos are really amazing.

I didn't even find it good. We were sat outside, in what looked like an afterthought of a set up. The ambiance was so weird. After the meal my kids wanted to seat inside by the window to watch how pastries were made. The whole bar across the window was dirty and lots of dirty cutlery were left all along. Besides us, no one else was sitting there. The mess had clearly been there for a while. Servers walked by it so many times and no one seemed bother by the dirtiness. Very disappointing.

The location is pretty easy to get to, although I'm not quite sure about parking as I took a rideshare and got dropped off in front of the entrance. Upon entering this was a small quaint space, cute bar area and a cozy waiting area that also included a couch and a couple of chairs. I sat at the bar as it was just myself. Peter and April were wonderful in regards to their service and their conversation skills throughout the meal. The tasting menu had several items on it. All of them were absolutely fantastic. A couple of other reviews mentioned that they wish the portion sizes were a little bit larger and I'm not quite sure. Maybe they just have a larger capacity because I left absolutely stuffed. Each dish was explained very well with all of them having a combination of savory, sweet, umami, and the presentation skills were on point. The one thing that was a little bit interesting is seeing that this is an Asian fusion restaurant there were no chopsticks in sight using a knife and fork seemed a little bit out of place. I'm not gonna lie. As this was a tasting menu every course was timed out and at one point Peter and I were having a conversation and April informed me that the next course was gonna be on the way. I ended up having to eat a little bit faster than I would liked to make sure that I could keep on the chefs schedule. At the end of the meal they give you a token to redeem in the cookie gumball dispenser machine. I was curious about this as all night a guests departed. I saw everyone stop at the machine, deposit the token and get something out. April informed me that the plastic balls didn't have to be left there. You could take them with you as I could not eat anything else at the moment. Such a fun idea and nice parting gift as well as a nice memory for such a unique experience. I'll definitely keep this on my shortlist of places when in Miami and would love to come back to try any menu changes as I really enjoyed the variety and again not having to select specific items and being able to try multiple dishes throughout the courses that were offered.

I dined here on a Thursday night. I was told that Wednesdays and Thursdays have a limited menu and on the weekends the menu is coursed options only. I don't normally love coursed meals, but I feel like this is the place to do it because everything we tried on that Thursday night was DELICIOUS. First off, they did such a nice job with the space. It's colorful, well lit, and inviting. The wine list also has excellent options and the waitress isn't trying to force you into the most expensive items. The wait staff are cordial and helpful and the Chef is humble and sweet in his explanation of the dishes. For wine, we got the bottle of tempranillo and it was delicious. We started with the focaccia and ricotta and honey. Honestly, it was the best honey I have ever tasted. They even told me where to buy it on my own if interested. Everything is freshly sourced from local farms and it shows. We also had the steak tartare that came with the blueberry capers. Those were a little weird for me but my friend loved them. We also had those delicious scallops that I believe were poached in wagyu fat. I don't even like scallops normally but they were exquisitely prepared. For entrees we had the boniato pasta and the cod. Both were deliciously prepared and I will definitely order again. But that boniato pasta that was sort of like a tortellini filled with boniato and topped with like a foam of citrus flavors- was easily one of the best pastas I have ever eaten in my life. The dish is creative yet light but absolutely delicious. This dish belongs on the show "best thing I ever ate". For dessert, we tried the lemon dessert that was light and airy and not overly bitter or citrusy. We also got the brownie dessert that was one of the most delicious desserts I have ever tasted.
