I saw Dr Brian a year ago for foot pain a few weeks before my first Ironman triathlon. He was able…read moreto help me gain better stability and mobility in just one session. My husband was about to have surgery on his knee last year, but Brian helped him avoid it by assigning a series of exercises to strengthen muscles and improve his gait. I stopped exercising this summer due to plantar fasciitis pain - my heel was always sore after I ran or rode, so I stopped. Weight gain went way up, and I finally decided enough was enough. I'm flying out of town for 5 days I didn't want to wait til next week. If it indeed helps with burning calories or boosting metabolism I'm All about it!! I'll post more after a few more sessions ;)
