We've dined here a number of times, but yesterday we got take-out. The usually good meatball sandwiches had, at most, two meatballs sliced on the entire sandwich. The bacon stuffed mushrooms were merely button mushrooms with bacon and cheese dribbled on top. There was also no one greeting patrons when they arrived. While the server was new, that does not excuse the restaurant from adequately staffing the place for dinner. Why do you have a new employee seating people and serving the entire restaurant? I had to ensure one customer that there were actually people working. For one entree, a couple of sandwiches, and an appetizer at $70 (including a nice tip for takeout), we will likely not return. I think this place is either underrated or not enough people know about it. I like the bruschetta a lot with the softer bread. My advice is to do dinner by starters. My wife and I get three or four starters and share. Most of the dishes are solid. The service is attentive and kind. read more

My husband and I visited your restaurant with our three year old granddaughter. Upon entering, we waited a considerable amount of time to be seated. Finally we decided to go to a table. Again we waited about fifteen minutes before anyone came to us. When the server came to our table he was extremely rude and told us that we would have a very long wait. With a hungry child, we got up and visited another restaurant. We will never visit this restaurant again. read more

The pizza is not wood fired. The pizza we had last night was still dough, very undercooked. The lasagna - horrible! I have had better frozen lasagna. It was salty, the noodles were mush, the sauce tasted like cheap jar and the ricotta was tasteless....horrible! I went home hungry. They did not have enough staff so the waitress was flying around. I only ate a few bites of the lasagna and told the waitress that I did not want to take it but she boxed it anyway. Had she asked I would have told her it was not good...should have been obvious. At least we can reheat the pizza in a skillet and get the crust cooked. The waitress was gone for a long time with our credit cards, and that was a little concerning. Bottled beer only, nothing on draft. It felt like a restaurant that is really cutting corners...and using low end food products. read more

Service was subpar, the server made numerous mistakes which typically I am very understanding, but she was dismissive and rude. It's okay food. I've had worse, I've had better. Their fried ravioli tastes like it wasn't made in house as is oddly spicy filling doesn't go well with the flavors of their other dishes. The chicken in their chicken parm was a bit overcooked and the tomato sauce was extremely watery, which just made the entire dish a soggy mess. My girlfriend got the baked ziti which, while decent, was also really watery. Definitely agree with those saying there is service issues, though. The wait for food was long despite there not being many people dining and our dishes were served a good 10 minutes apart - they even somehow confused her baked ziti with lasagna at one point. The salad was okay, though. The most glaring thing I had a problem with, though, was their price for cider. It isn't tap, but they serve it in a wine glass and it must have not been more than 6oz of cider. For 7 bucks. Seriously? A half a bottle? I feel bad for the person who gets the other half. Seriously not okay. I kinda expected more since this place has a high class feel to it (and prices to match that feel - even after a coupon it was quite expensive), but the results didn't seem to meet that expectation. read more

Wow! I had heard about this little gem of a restaurant and really wanted to try it out for myself. Well...last week our family went to this Italian restaurant and was very impressed! The food, atmosphere and service was exceptional and there prices were very reasonable which was nice...because... we brought our family and grandkids. We will definitely be back! read more

Yum!! Great staff, fabulous entrees and quick service. We've been here twice and were quite pleased both times. The meat sauce is to die for! My lady friends and I ate lunch here on Saturday, August 11, 2018. A group of 7 of us. The food was wonderful and we had an assortment of entrees. I ordered a bowl of the chicken and mushroom cream soup, which was very hearty and had a incredibly flavorful broth. Very filling and would certainly order again. There were so many terrific choices on the menu that I'll want to go again and try a few different ones. We also ordered dessert. The mud pie was OUTSTANDING. Glad that I split the order with someone else at my table because the servings were huge. I really recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. Stumbled upon this restaurant as I was looking for lunch before trailing at Snoqualmie Falls. Garlic bread and chicken parmesan were both excellent. Comes with soup or salad. What's not to like? Prices are reasonable. Chicken parm and gnocchi were homemade and cooked to perfection. Tomato sauce was full of diced tomatoes and flavorful. Garlic cheese bread with marinara was plentiful and well broiled. Service was pleasant, attentive and prompt. I wanted to email the restaurant directly about our last experience on Saturday night rather than post this publicly but they don't have an email on their website. I have eaten there before and enjoyed my meals. I like the quiet of the restaurant and nice music they have playing softly in the background. Our server was great as has been my experience in the past. Copperstone is 16 miles from home so it's quite a drive for pasta... We ordered lasagna and chicken parmesan this time which comes with a house salad. The salads consisted of tired chopped iceberg lettuce with the dressing of your choice. Our pasta was far from what I would expect from a pasta restaurant. The lasagna was not great but the chicken parmesan was an insult. Usually when a pasta dish comes out of the kitchen it is incendiary. My first bite surprised me because the temperature was just warm. As I tried to eat this I honestly thought that they had made the dish with chicken backs rather than breasts. I was physically unable to cut it which made me think I was sawing on bones. There was no crust on the chicken, just a slimy goo. I ate some of the spaghetti and took the rest of the meal home. When I opened up the to-go package the next day I found two chicken breasts in there with the remainder of my spaghetti. I put the breasts on a cutting board and was almost unable to cut the chicken with an extremely sharp kitchen knife. To say that they were like shoe leather would almost be an understatement. I would have been unhappy to find these two meals as offerings at a cheap all you can eat buffet somewhere. To be served these at a restaurant specializing in Italian pasta was unacceptable. read more

We have been in a few times and it has always been good... tonight was the exception.... had reservations for daughters Birthday... we were about 5 minutes early and totally ignored at hostess stand... finally seated at a 6 top(I had made reservations for 8 thankfully 2 were not able to come) service was horrible... waited 22 minutes to give drink orders) I felt like we were an inconvenience. 1 salad forgotten and we had to ask for it... no drink refills until we asked. Food was just mediocre at best..I have never left a restaurant hungry until tonight... portions were child sized. No Birthday dessert even tho I had asked for it when I made the reservation. and then had to wait another 38 minutes for the check and its return....I hope it was just an off night. read more

I came here after a great day at the falls excited for some Italian food. The bruschetta was amazing! But thats the only good thing i can say about the place. but other than that this was the worst margarita pizza ive ever tasted. The cheese was rubber and it was honestly a pizza that came from a middle school lunch line. Not even mentioning it was $19. To top it off, they completely brought out the wrong order, which was quickly taking off our bill (goodjob) but we never received the correct order. I was surprised at an offering of tortilla soup in an Italian restaurant but the soup was really delicious and the salad was cold and crisp. The service was friendly, fast, and courteous. But, the food is what we found to be best selling point for this new restaurant. I'd give this place a solid 3.5. My husband and I came here for lunch after hiking Mt. Si and we were starving! We had the artichoke dip, I had the baked fettuccine with meatballs, and my husband had the classic spaghetti with meatballs. Our meals came with salads which were kind of boring, but since it's not a dinner salad it doesn't really matter. Both of our pasta dishes were great and the garlic bread that comes with it was also awesome. I'd recommend this place! Avoid the meatballs, however, as they are terrible. My husband and I agreed that they might be the worst meatballs we've ever had. read more

I've been here 3 or 4 times already since the recent opening of this awesome restaurant. It's amazing food and atmosphere makes you feel like you are eating at a very expensive restaurant, but when you check the prices you realize that you can bring your whole family here, have a lovely meal with great friendly service, but not break the bank.
