I pulled my child out of camp before the summer end. The camp has a "strict" conduct policy on paper that is clearly not enforced by the camp counselors or the camp director. Several calls to the camp owner went unreturned. We also experienced theft of a few nominal items, after which we learned take nothing of value to camp with you. One kid was even caught red-handed with my child's toy (taken from his backpack), but not disciplined for the theft. There are lots of other options in Carroll county, I suggest finding an alternative to this place if you care about the safety of your child.

It's a great camp to get your kids outdoors, running around, swimming and playing with other children their age. Hundreds of kids from the area attend the camp and my kids always find friends from school and make many new friends while there. When I tried to cancel within TWO days of registration, the company now says they will charge a cancellation fee of $570 ($285x2) which was not disclosed anywhere at checkout. Look into Lavner and other tech/science camps unless you want to deal with ripoff pricing and unethical billing practices.

All the kids had a complete blast, there's no escape for the kids and the whole place is padded, so when you lose track of your kid, it's a no sweat situation. It is fun to attend Stevenson hockey games here, as well. And, it is nice with the turf option for local leagues, like Reisterstown Baseball. The rink is always fairly clean and the staff are friendly. I wish they would re-open the snack bar and have skate sharpening, but otherwise, Reisterstown Sportsplex has, and always will be, a second home to me.

No coin- operated lockers were there when I went to the rink in 2020. There was no designated waiting area besides the parking lot in 2020. No pro shop with a qualified, experienced figure skate technician in 2020. Hope the rink has those things it didn't have in 2020.
