flake flake flake. Gabes got way too much business, very picky in what jobs he takes. Says he will call back and then ghosts you.

Great plumber, respectful, quick to respond and went above and beyond! Recommend them!

Gabe was responsive, reliable and friendly. I'll definitely call Copperline when we need plumbing help again.

Gabe is GREAT!! Always professional, quick and reasonably priced. Every time I have needed something taken care of he has always been able to get me on his schedule right away and when I had a plumbing emergency and called him at 9:00 p.m. he was still gracious and showed up at my house bright and early the next morning and had everything taken care of in a blink of an eye. I even got the pleasure of meeting his son who was apprenticing with Gabe. It's obvious that the great service will continue on with the next generation. My house is older and the plumbing has always been an issue but now that I found Copperline Plumbing I don't stress about it. I know that I will get great workmanship at a honest and reasonable price. I give Copperline plumbing my highest recommendation! read more

Hands down the nicest, most forthright and honest guy I have ever met. Gabe was not only super-punctual and courteous.... I never once felt myself careening into that awkward/weird/hokey abyss some outside contractors steer you into because they're convinced you're the simplest, most convincing moron ever. Just a regular Joe who does great work at a reasonable price... I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, and I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else. So if you want a plumber who can make a commitment as strong as a Rare Earth Element, and want to dispense with the smoke and mirrors other less scrupulous hacks who throw murky water into the fray, this is the dude for you. You might call others, but you will never call one better... of that, I am certain. L. Sherman 11/2013 read more

If you are looking for a plumber who is decent, relaxed, helpful, professional and goes the extra mile, Gabe is your man. I called him for what I thought was a leak in the main line to my house. Well, it wasn't, but Gabe fixed a couple of other things that I threw at him. (He's the plumber not me!) He took the time to explain his reasoning and step me through what was going on. He also helped clear a blocked faucet and checked several other faucets, without adding to the bill. Compared to a previous experience I had with another plumber this was night and day better. He's a small operation, and I much prefer to give my business to the little guy out there doing his thing, making a living. He's invested in his work and it shows. (I didn't use the Yelp coupon, because I don't nickle and dime the sole-operator. I'll save that for the big corporations.) read more

Great pricing. Fast response. Very professional. Our home is 20 years old, will use again for next plumbing problem .

Gabe came out yesterday to fix a leak in my guest bathroom toilet. Was prompt and very professional. I received 3 other quotes and his was the least expensive and he did a great job. Would highly recommend. read more

He may be a 5-star plumber, but if he can't be bothered to return phone calls, that's a 1-star business in my book.

Emailed and called this company multiple times over four days to replace or repair our hot water heater. No response. Nada. Zip. Zero response whatsoever. Maybe he got so many calls from all the positive reviews on Yelp that now he doesn't need to return phone calls or respond to email. Disappointing since I actually thought he'd be different than others by being responsive and competent. Moving on to try other companies that actually want business. read more

I rarely write reviews but felt I had to add a negative review of Gabe's service. We have used him twice and the first time he was deserving of every other 5 star review. The second time we had him come out to install a bath faucet of ours. Upon doing so he dropped a clamp for the faucet behind the cutout for the water lines of the vanity back panel. It was not retrievable without tearing out the vanity. He told us he would order the part and return the following week. We scheduled an appointment the next Saturday. It was no big deal to us. The Saturday he was due to arrive, he called me and told the part had not arrived from the supplier and we needed to reschedule again. From that point forward we never heard from him. I called him multiple times and my wife called as well. He never responded. Obviously the faucet was not working as the install was incomplete. Finally after about three months of calling and waiting we contacted Grohe directly who shipped the part. I was able to complete the install myself. I know the reviews are great but I wanted to spend a minute outlining an instance where Gabe was completely unprofessional and left us hanging after he lost a part trying to install a bath faucet. This was not a complex project but he left us hanging and never bothered to communicate with us. He just abandoned the install. I would consider this review if you have an even remotely complex plumbing problem. read more

Gabe was quick, professional, upfront and honest. He came out the same day to save us (all of our toilets were clogged!). Oh, and he was EARLY... What more could you ask for in a plumber? I highly recommend him and I would not hesitate to call him again. Thanks Gabe. :) read more

I've used Copperline several times now. Gabe is always very professional and knows what he's doing. And they are very good about scheduling.

Maybe this company has excellent service, but I'm never going to know because I couldn't even get someone to call me back. I've left 3 messages in about a day and a half and all I asked for was a quote. Each time I called the representatives were polite, but unable to offer the basic information about trip fee and general service fees that other companies are able to provide within 2 to 5 minutes of the FIRST call. During my 3rd call I was told that Gabe wouldn't be able to respond to my call until Monday. It's now Monday, two days from my last call, it's just after 6 PM and I've yet to receive a response. One of the bullets listed on their website reads "Prompt, dependable service", though I've yet to experience either of these qualities. I was really looking forward to working with a company that has such high reviews, but I'm not used to this kind of negligence and will not be calling a fourth time. I hope in the future this company is able to provide more information to their customers upon initial contact. Luckily, I was able to find a reputable plumber who answered my questions AND scheduled a same day appointment within 5 minutes of my first and only call. read more

Very pleased with pleased with Gabe and Copperline Plumbing. I had a Saturday morning plumbing emergency. Called Gabe at 7:50am and he was at my home by a little after 9. Professional appearance and very personable. Pricing was reasonable and Gabe took extra time to make sure the problem was truly fixed. I was very pleased with the service and comfortable having Gabe in my home. read more

My kitchen sink plumbing fell apart and needed to find a plumber fast. I used Yelp as a way to find a good plumber and it worked out great. Gabe was fast professional and fixed the pipes under my sink without any issue. His price was very reasonable and now everything works great..no leaks, no issues. I would highly recommend Copperline Plumbing. Definitely will get my business for any future needs. read more

Had a reverse osmosis installed and both supply valves replaced. Had Gabriel do the work. He was a pleasant professional person to deal with and had me up and running in no time at all. The cost was reasonable and most importantly I will call them again the next time I need a plumber. read more

Quick call in, fast response. In and out repair, Rick is definitely the person I will when services are needed!

I would recommend Gabe. I hired him to do a few minor (for him) plumbing jobs. He went above and beyond what I asked him to do (at no additional charge). I gave him four stars (not five) because we did talk about getting a new hot water heater installed and he gave me a verbal quote of about $700 to $800 (as did some other reputable plumbers who I talked with later). I don't know why plumbers charge so much to install hot water heaters... I ended up going to Home Depot and buying one for $250 and had a handyman install it for $100. read more

I am extremely impressed with the service Copperline Plumbing (Gabe) provided. He was very professional, friendly and quick to complete the repair. I didn't feel like I was overcharged either, which is a huge bonus when dealing with plumbing issues. I will definitely contact Copperline Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. read more

Old toilet with a leak at the shutoff valve and the bottom of the water tank. The water line was plumbed directly into the wall so I couldn't get at it. Called Gabe in the late morning and he was at my home in a few hours (exactly when he said he would arrive!). He took a look at the valve and pipe, got his tools and the necessary parts from his truck, and was done with the repairs in about twenty minutes. Excellent service and very reasonably priced! Gabe was very professional and friendly. I commented to him that he looked more like an accountant than the "typical" plumber! If I ever need plumbing services in the future, Copperline and Gabe is who I will be calling! Highly recommend!! read more

Although I was unable to use their services, he called me promptly in reply to my YELP message the previous evening, and was very friendly. Sound like he runs a tight ship and I would use him in the future. read more

I contacted Cooperline at 8:30 this morning and received a call back within 30 minutes from Gabe. I am a busy landlord and Gabe was able to meet my tenant same day to fix the problem. I didn't even have to take time off to be at the premises! Copperline Plumbing's service is very high quality and competitively priced. They warranty their work and provided me with an electronic invoice. Most importantly, Copperline Plumbing was honest. They could have charged me for services that weren't needed, but didn't. I highly recommend Copperline Plumbing to any person, management company, or commercial business. Copperline Plumbing does it all and they do it right the first time! read more

I am more than pleased with Copperline Plumbing. Gabe is not only the person who takes your call & appointment, he is the owner & plumber. He called 30 minutes in advance to let me know he was on his way. He was on time, came in and got to work. He works quickly and the job is done right and at a great price! He is extremely polite & honest. I would not hesitate to use his services again. I highly recommend Copperline!!! read more

I needed a good plumber for a pretty serious leak in my townhome and found Gabe from the amazing Yelp comments. Gave him a call and he showed up quickly to assess the situation. He was very professional and got the job done quickly and with as little of a mess as possible. I would recommend him to anyone as my tenants were very impressed. His prices are fair and the Yelp deal made it even moreso. read more

We found out about these guys via yelp actually. They were available fairly last minute, came on time, got the job done quickly, made professional suggestions and we would 100% use them again should we be in the market for plumbing service. read more

I am late in my review of Copperline Plumbing but certainly with such excellent service needed to chime in with everyone else. Gabe did work several times for my elderly mom. Called Gabe out to fix a few issues in our laundry room. My call was returned within the hour and he was out the next day for the repairs. Gabe was very professional, addressed all my concerns, and cleaned up his work area when done. His prices were reasonable compared to the advertised big name companies. I will definitely be calling Copperline back for all my plumbing needs. read more

I would highly recommend this plumber! Our water heater busted a leak late at night and Gabe was there early the next morning. He gave us an accurate and competitive estimate for replacement and even laid out the choices we had. Additionally the old unit was not professionally installed and he was up front about potential pitfalls. We decided to hire Gabe and he did a great job. He fixed several other plumbing issues around the house and gave us a great deal. All the work he did looks great and I feel confident in his craftsmanship. He even warranties his parts/work and made me aware of other potential issues around the house just as an FYI. We now have a favorite plumber and so would you if you called Gabe at Copperline Plumbing. read more

We have to add our 5-star review along side everyone else's! Don't bother searching for another plumber - Gabe at Copperline Plumbing is your best choice! We had a kitchen clog deeper down the line into the wall and beyond. Gabe cleared that out in no time. But we discovered that an old cast iron pipe had rusted through and was now leaking. Gabe quoted that repair work on the spot, and though he spent more of his time fixing it than he'd quoted, he honored his quote, not asking for a penny above that. And the repair was great! And he *still* took the extra time beyond that to sweep up and clean everything up before leaving. HONEST SKILLED FRIENDLY AFFORDABLE We've found our plumber for any future projects or problems! Thanks Gabe! read more

First call made I got right through to the owner/operator, no automated machine or voicemail! He made it crystal clear that he would be able to work his visit into MY schedule no matter what, and he was 100% true to his word on that! He arrived on time, with everything he needed in hand and had a great attitude. He then went right to work on my various issues I had called about. Everything was done professionally and quickly, including a total rebuild of the outside water line to our drip system. He even tweaked a few items for free after describing some of the various issues we have observed in our new home, whereas most companies would have made me pay for extra services like that! Lastly, he independently referred to his many different coupons and discounts both at the beginning and end of his visit, to make sure I felt I was getting value for my dollar, which is amazing as his prices were already competitive, but his discounts put him well over the top as the best around. Service like this is, sadly, too rare to come by these days and I will therefore be using Copperline Plumbing exclusively for both my home as well as my investment properties from now on! read more

We were getting ready to sell our house and we had a lot of plumbing start to fall apart. Gabe came out and fixed them all at the best prices I could find anywhere. He charged me 50% less than my initial quote for a water pressure regulator. He also was willing to work with my tight schedule and was very courteous. I tried to fix some of the problems myself and he did not make me feel bad about my effort which resulted in making the problem worse. He will be my plumber from now on, and he should be yours. read more

Gabe came at the end of June to clear my drains (all of my drains were backing up, from the laundry, kitchen sink, showers and sinks, he went through the shower drains and got the clog from the source). After he was done, he explained what he did, and even gave me a quote when I asked about installing a water line to my refrigerator. read more
