My brother and his family had already purchased plane tickets and rented a car. This was a celebration for my mom's 70th birthday and I had already bought and paid for a $170 birthday cake from a local bakery. I begged them to please keep my reservations but they did NOT! Even though I had booked this 5 moths in advance they did not care. July 4th is the busiest weekend of the year in Washington State and to find another property for 16 people is almost impossible. This has been a very stressful situation that has left our family in tears.

Unless they can figure out a way to truly make it right, I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. We were excited to book their Aspen Meadow Retreat, and secured our July booking on June 1st after scoping out the area for a couple of weeks to find the perfect fit for our group. This is an area that generally books out months in advance in the peak summer and winter seasons, so we were very pleased that it was still available and had everything we needed. Our stay was confirmed and we reached out to our group to finalize plans--- which included family traveling from out of state and another party coming in from out of the country. Not to mention, we also have another family group who planned to celebrate in leavenworth with us, who booked another nearby vacation rental to accomodate their large party. On June 10 (10 Days after our booking was paid for and confirmed), I received an email from Charles (not a call, an EMAIL!) letting me know that there was a "miscommunication" regarding their listing availability and that the house we booked was no longer available. He tried to offer us another one of their listings in its stead, however, that listing was a big downgrade, and didn't at all meet our group needs. I called in to find out what happened and was told by a different colleague/employee that the owners of the house had requested those dates be blocked off for their use, but the request wasn't put into their system, so we were allowed to book it when it really wasn't available. Not only did it take them 10 DAYS to reach out with notice of their mistake, but their system CHARGED us the remaining balance for the booking the day AFTER I received the email from Charles. So we paid IN FULL for a booking, and didn't receive notice that we couldn't stay there until 10 Days after booking it. Here's the kicker-- as I mentioned nice listings in the area book up quickly, all of the other decent options for us in the area(that were available on the day we booked this listing) are NO LONGER AVAILABLE because they have been booked up. IF these guys had their sh*t together, we could have booked another place that would have suited our needs in time, and we wouldn't be in this position. So now, we have a group who has committed to another rental in the area (past the cancellation window) for that weekend, family coming in from out of state AND country, with NO place to stay that will accommodate our needs. With only a month until the intended weekend, turns out that most of the decent places in the ENTIRE state of WA are actually already booked up. After talking to them in person, they "officially" cancelled and refunded our trip, and tried to make amends by offering a 10% discount for a future stay if we wish to visit another weekend. Real cute, but a 10% discount doesn't even BEGIN to rectify the headache this ordeal has caused. Now, here's the coup de grace that really tanks any faith I have in this rental company: after receiving the news that our booked AND PAID FOR vacation rental was no longer available for us to use that weekend, I was FRANTICALLY searching additional rentals in the area so that we can secure something and salvage my husbands birthday weekend.. when what do I see?.. THE SAME HOUSE IS LISTED AS AVAILABLE ON VRBO FOR THOSE EXACT DATES AT A MUCH HIGHER RATE! (see screenshots) At this point I can't tell if these guys are truly this incompetent or if they're just another scam ring trying to bamboozle tourists to extract as much cash as possible. Either way, I'm sick to my stomach thinking about what an awful experience this has been.

The place was huge and brand new. Although there were only two of us staying, it could easily have accommodated 2-4 more people,. This unit featured two spacious balconies, lots of hangers, luggage racks. dishes cleaning supplies, and state of the art sound and video.We had no issues at all locating the unit or getting in as Love Leavenworth rentals is staffed by very professional, knowledgeable people who are available twenty four hours a day. Location and parking couldn't have been better! We had two spaces and a location right in the middle of downtown Leavenworth and above a really cool clothing store, a bakery, and a wine/cigar store. I would definitely recommend unit #31 to anyone looking for a very upscale, comfortable, and super modern place to stay!!! This place had all the comforts of home +more. Price was great and we found it on one of the newer rental sites VXXX. Don't you dare hesitate to book unit $31 if it is available!

My husband and I got married on their covered sun porch on 1.26.14 and everything was lovely. The tiles are a terra cotta color, there are wrought iron candelabras (if you want) and a great view of the river. Todd officiated and he was excellent. We met him the night before and he is very approachable. After the wedding, everyone adjourned to the living room portion and sat on nice cushy couches while we did photos. Tracy is very accommodating and provided champagne, utensils, trays and anything else I needed (within reason). I highly recommend going through Paradise on the River for lodging and intimate weddings. It was only $350 for a gorgeous setting (2 hrs, but we ran into an extra hour and she didn't charge me), friendly service and lovely memories.

Very thankful for the gas grill under the patio cover since it was raining a good portion of our stay. The rain stopped us from using the awesome looking fire pit which even comes with wood ready to burn! The kitchen was awesome and the whole place was beautiful. I highly recommend Todd and Tracy to officiate and help organize a wedding. Super professional, yet they are the type of people you feel you've known for years. We were looking for a simple elopement, but the grounds are fit for bigger too.

Some attention to details would make things a bit better, such as ensuring there are no spiders or their webs in the showers. The A-frame "annex" staircase is super noisy so there's no discrete way to go up or down those stairs for others that are sleeping. Also, the Wi-Fi struggles to maintain a signal in that loft area, and thankfully my Apple TV and other devices did okay regardless. A second node over on that side would strengthen that easily. Would recommend to stay there for sure, hoping we can do it again sometime.

During our stay, we took full advantage of all the amenities (hot tubs, fire pits, volleyball court, ping pong table, etc) and had a fabulous time. The wedding ceremony and reception both took place out on the lawn beside the river and we had the best weather and most gorgeous backdrop. My husband and I stayed in the Loft Suite which was nice and private and also perfect for Mario Kart tournaments in the downstairs section (we brought our Nintendo Switch and hooked it up to their projector). These homes are huge, beautiful, and well stocked for any sort of gathering. Julie was my point person during the booking process and stay and was helpful, friendly, and easy to get a hold of. She responded quickly to all of my questions and even delivered flowers to the vacation home that had been delivered to her own home (an extra ~30 min drive each way for her). She went out of her way to make sure that our weekend was special and she succeeded in every way possible! We could not have been happier with our stay at Riverside Properties and will definitely plan to come back in the future.

First, we booked the cabin through Capital One and did not receive any check-in information over text like they usually do. We only learned this once we were AT the cabins. We had to make multiple phone calls while standing outside the cabins in the snow at night. Not ideal. Plus, it took 3 tries to get a code that actually worked to open the front door. Not a great start. Once inside, we noticed multiple Cheerios on the floor and dust on surfaces. The housekeeping was concerning. Wifi was slow, and we had to fuss with the TV to get streaming services to be usable. Not to mention, an additional DAILY fee for things like the Rumpl blanket and cooler that are already in the room, and we didn't ask for? Odd. Anyway, you pay more for less when you stay at LOGE. The river views were great but the actual accommodations are lackluster and left more to be desired. I recommend staying somewhere closer in town and saving yourself the 20min walk each way.

The atmosphere was welcoming, cozy, and perfectly fit the mountain-town vibe--it immediately felt like a place you want to relax and stay awhile. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the people. The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive, especially Karen and Juan, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warmth and kindness made such a difference and really elevated our stay. Even more impressive, the manager personally greeted us as we walked in, asked how we were doing, and made us feel truly valued as guests. That level of care is rare and says a lot about how well this place is run. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, appreciated, and taken care of. This is hospitality done right. The space is amazing with so many great features. The fireplace is on an auto timer for 1 hour, the bathroom has heated flooring & the tv pops up out of a stand at the end of the bed. The bed itself has been superb. I have loved the hospitality Brian & Rochelle have shown us. We have had breakfast daily for $15 a person & it has been delicious! I love the variety and food groups it covers. The view is fantastic & I love the privacy it allows.

We had the Guest Haus which is completely separate from the rest of the property. There are 2 other rooms in the main part of the property with a common area between where we had breakfast. Wonderful breakfast both mornings we were here! The room is wonderful with a comfortable King bed, TV at the end of the bed (we bonded with Rochelle and Brian in trying to fix the Smartcast - funny story - but it was fixed after googling the instructions and then not really knowing how it was fixed - but bottom line - it was!) You can't go wrong booking this place for a special event or just the two of you for a nice getaway
