As reluctant as I was to share my experience because I wanted to keep this place a secret (lol), I just had to! Keep in mind, the ambience of this Inn is part of Leavenworth so don't expect it to be completely modernized or contemporary. The staff were very nice and friendly. Always smiled as we passed through. The amenities available during your stay, was great! There are many more things available/ additional areas to this place that I didn't access during my stay. The dinning area is very clean and large with many windows to view the back of the property as well as, the snow capped mountains. The rooms are quite big and bathrooms are huge. Both very clean! The beds and pillows were soooo comfortable. In the room, there are ACs and a door that leads to a small balcony with a patio table and chairs for the outer rooms. This area isn't a personal-ish space because there are no walls separating the other rooms and during our stay, we did not experience other patrons utilizing this access to enter nor exit therefore It wasn't an issue for us at all. The upper floors have access to the stairs going up or down to the parking stalls. I, personally, did not feel it was a security issue at all. No noise issue at all as well, very quiet and peaceful. I was able to checkout the family/game room and it is large with everything they say is available. There was nothing impersonal about this space even though It's a shared space. The 2 lounge areas make you feel like you are at home. We actually sat in the lounge area on the second floor to relax and figure out where we were going for dinner. I've seen families having lunch and others just doing their thing. The lounge areas were kept clean. Couches were comfortable too. We were in walking distance to the promenade and never felt unsafe. In summary, I really needed much RRR and the Enzian Inn did it for me!! Everything was perfect!! All that I experienced here, was intentional and I felt important. The kitchen had pots and pans, dishes and silverware but no foil, oil or spatula. Making cooking almost impossible and messy. Fridge was so loud you could hear it rumbling from the bedroom or bathroom. We called maintenance about the fridge and they said someone would come out. Nobody came or called. We were scheduled there for 3 nights. We left after the second night. We will not be using this company ever again. We usually visit Leavenworth each summer and winter. We'll stay elsewhere.

I found Destination Leavenworth on VRBO so be on the look out when booking through them. The first thing that happened was when I was asking them about any COVID restrictions less than a month before our stay and it came up that they had to move us to a new property due to "uncontrollable circumstances". We ended up with a nice property, but it was a little off putting that this issue arose from me asking a question about the property. Who knows if it would have been caught before our stay. As far as the actual stay there were many issues: - Garbage disposal in sink didn't work. - Sprinklers came on numerous times while we were there making it very tough to enjoy the nice yard and getting our stuff wet. - The AC didn't seem to be working properly. - There was a door to one of the bedrooms with a screw in the doorway making it impossible to close the door. Not great for privacy. - Maintenance people came unannounced to check on the hot tub, making it tougher to enjoy the property and have privacy. And It was just unsettling finding a stranger in the back yard of our rental property. All these things on top of poor communication: Their offices were closed on the weekends and they have an app that you can submit a maintenance form for issues, but won't respond until regular hours. And they won't do work at night unless it's an emergency. Which I didn't consider our issues an emergency, but should have been able to be easily addressed. We didn't end up reaching out to them while we where there with any of the issues because we decide we'd rather not have multiple people come out to disturb us. So honestly I can't speak to their response to issues as you stay there, but the way the communication was set up was very very confusing and uninviting. The kicker is really, that I sent them an email after our stay stating all these issues and a follow up email. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. Zero apology. Great way to loose a customer. Destination Leavenworth? More like "Destination Never Gonna use Destination Leavenworth Again".

Geordie had toured similar homes in the area, and prepared excellent information to help us price our home. The report included for what homes had listed, how long they had been on the market, and actual selling price. We set a listing date; a few weeks later, we asked to postpone (all the cleaning! the packing!). No problem! As part of our listing, our home was photographed by an amazing photographer who also photographs high end homes - the result was beautiful photographs that showed our home to its finest. An offer was received and accepted. And that's when things got REALLY interesting. Our buyers encountered errors made by their bank - and the deal looked to be in jeopardy. To our relief, Geordie helped navigate the 'crisis' - taking advantage of his seemingly endless reserve of valuable contacts to help find solutions. The result was a deal that looked to be 'crashing' transformed into a workable 30 day delay in closing. Throughout the entire process, Geordie had great communication with us. Be it phone, email, or texting, I always heard back in short order. Geordie also helped us navigate the joys of trying to get things done while our family was 'split' across two cities. It was always clear to me what needed to be done when, and by whom. Selling a home is not something I've done often; it can be extremely stressful for the whole family. With Geordie at our side, I felt confident that we were being taken care of.

Unless they can figure out a way to truly make it right, I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. We were excited to book their Aspen Meadow Retreat, and secured our July booking on June 1st after scoping out the area for a couple of weeks to find the perfect fit for our group. This is an area that generally books out months in advance in the peak summer and winter seasons, so we were very pleased that it was still available and had everything we needed. Our stay was confirmed and we reached out to our group to finalize plans--- which included family traveling from out of state and another party coming in from out of the country. Not to mention, we also have another family group who planned to celebrate in leavenworth with us, who booked another nearby vacation rental to accomodate their large party. On June 10 (10 Days after our booking was paid for and confirmed), I received an email from Charles (not a call, an EMAIL!) letting me know that there was a "miscommunication" regarding their listing availability and that the house we booked was no longer available. He tried to offer us another one of their listings in its stead, however, that listing was a big downgrade, and didn't at all meet our group needs. I called in to find out what happened and was told by a different colleague/employee that the owners of the house had requested those dates be blocked off for their use, but the request wasn't put into their system, so we were allowed to book it when it really wasn't available. Not only did it take them 10 DAYS to reach out with notice of their mistake, but their system CHARGED us the remaining balance for the booking the day AFTER I received the email from Charles. So we paid IN FULL for a booking, and didn't receive notice that we couldn't stay there until 10 Days after booking it. Here's the kicker-- as I mentioned nice listings in the area book up quickly, all of the other decent options for us in the area(that were available on the day we booked this listing) are NO LONGER AVAILABLE because they have been booked up. IF these guys had their sh*t together, we could have booked another place that would have suited our needs in time, and we wouldn't be in this position. So now, we have a group who has committed to another rental in the area (past the cancellation window) for that weekend, family coming in from out of state AND country, with NO place to stay that will accommodate our needs. With only a month until the intended weekend, turns out that most of the decent places in the ENTIRE state of WA are actually already booked up. After talking to them in person, they "officially" cancelled and refunded our trip, and tried to make amends by offering a 10% discount for a future stay if we wish to visit another weekend. Real cute, but a 10% discount doesn't even BEGIN to rectify the headache this ordeal has caused. Now, here's the coup de grace that really tanks any faith I have in this rental company: after receiving the news that our booked AND PAID FOR vacation rental was no longer available for us to use that weekend, I was FRANTICALLY searching additional rentals in the area so that we can secure something and salvage my husbands birthday weekend.. when what do I see?.. THE SAME HOUSE IS LISTED AS AVAILABLE ON VRBO FOR THOSE EXACT DATES AT A MUCH HIGHER RATE! (see screenshots) At this point I can't tell if these guys are truly this incompetent or if they're just another scam ring trying to bamboozle tourists to extract as much cash as possible. Either way, I'm sick to my stomach thinking about what an awful experience this has been.

The National Guard was called in, the trail system was/is closed, and residents have been asked to take safety precautions. The situation was incredibly tense and evolving, and I no longer felt safe visiting the area--especially as a solo female traveler. The rental also had no A/C during a heatwave (it reached the upper 90s that weekend), and fans were only offered after I asked about them. While Emily at Love Leavenworth showed compassion in her messages and offered to reschedule me for another time--which I appreciated--I'm traveling for the next year and couldn't take advantage of that offer. Despite multiple requests from both me and Airbnb, the company refused to issue a full refund, ultimately returning only the $83 cleaning fee out of a $727 reservation, citing it as a "gesture of goodwill." This all happened on my birthday, and I had to scramble to find alternate lodging at considerable cost and stress. While it's clear some guests have had good experiences with this company, mine left me questioning how much they truly prioritize guest safety and flexibility during crises. Airbnb was, unsurprisingly, little help either--but a host has the power to go beyond policy when the situation clearly warrants it. Sadly, Love Leavenworth chose not to.

Since then, we terminated our relationship and they decided to dig in and continue to expect their commission (Greed) to the point that they will not release their contract and failed to send us requested documents. Lawyers are now involved and a complaint is being filed against them with the NCWAR and the state licensing commission. Do your research and beware of whom you hire to represent you. I except responsibility for not vetting them better and now I'm paying for it. Hope you avoid the same.
