At first, my husband thought $300 a night is kind of expensive for a cabin. He paid 500-600$ for a hotel room before, but he does not know anything about renting a cabin. After the visit, the whole family loved it especially my husband. We stayed at Lupine Manor. The decor is so beautiful and this particular cabin has river access. It was so peaceful, beautiful and memorable experience. This cabin could be in a magazine!! The cabin is 5 minutes to Wenatchee state park and 1 miles to Plain town. You can cook in the cabin. They have everything. I mean everything!!! You can make smoothie waffle, or pancake with all the devices they provided. The cabins are only a mile to a nice cafe, coffee shop and grocery store in Plain(a cute small town). There were many people doing lazy rivers pass by the cabin when we were there. Some of them even been on the tube for 6 hours. I tie a tube to a tree, and my kids had a great time playing in that tube in the river for hours. I scooped the water with my hand and it was very clear. There are some disadvantages that you should know. The water pressure in the bathroom was very weak. There will be some kind of insect in the cabin (very tiny, look similar to fruit flies). If you keep the screen door shut, they won't be able to get in the cabin. The beds in a small bedroom with 2 beds were quite hard.

They have so many suggestions in terms of what to do around the area as well. The rooms were absolutely spotless and the views are gorgeous. It's also nice and peaceful. All the little touches made it such a luxurious experience - the clean bath rooms, the homemade cookies, the guest area stocked with drinks/coffee/tea, the embroidered napkins and personalized mugs. Our room had a step-in waterfall shower which was incredible. Great room is stocked with board games and brochures. Rooms come with smart TVs for unwinding. And oh my gosh the breakfast was absolutely filling, delicious and healthy to boot! Laurie was so accommodating with my vegetarian diet as well (she made me veggie sausage). Homemade blueberry streusel baked french toast, sausage, and fresh berry parfait. All in all a 5 star experience.

Husband has Celiac's and is very sensitive to cross-contamination; therefore, we are always super cautious and apprehensive when eating out because he can get very sick. They took such precaution to preparing his meal, and he didn't get sick. The food was absolutely scrumptious and very filling. The room (Barlet) had a nice layout and the view from the room and balcony were spectacular. It was so comfy having a fireplace in the room and in the great room. The innkeepers were very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas and especially about it trails for hiking. They recommended an extraordinary golden larch trail.

One positive was the driver so off we went. This place is beautiful. A perfect view from every angle. Clean, spacious and cozy. The beds were comfy. Bathrooms suited for handicapped, shower only. Kitchen was great for three working on different foods. Need a step stool if you are short, lol. The 2 couches need to be replaced, butt sinks! Need drawer marked first aid to be stocked. Had to really search for negative! Lovely place for a group. The guest book was full on 2017. Could use a new one.

A few pros: -kitchen/ dining room area is larger/ more spacious in person than the photos. I was shocked and so happy about that! - kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, baking sheets, mixing bowls, microwave, pots, pans, etc. -bedding is very cozy and the black out curtains are a great touch! -all of the bathrooms with showers (5 out of 6 bathrooms) have towels, shampoo, body wash and conditioner in them. There are extra towels below each sink, too. -the view is AMAZING!!!! Hands down the best part and also way better in person. We had never been to Leavenworth so seeing those mountains in real life was enough. A few cons (not to make you reconsider but more as a heads up) -The cottage does not have a bathroom so if you have guest staying in the cottage they have to use the closest bathroom inside of the house at night. That is also the one bathroom without a shower so just something to keep in mind when planning the rooming situation. -The hot tub works great; however, the sewage line burps right by it every time someone flushes inside. It is really stinky when it burps but it's not constant. -The "bride and groom"/ master bedroom does not have a closet. We had to leave our stuff in our bags and I had to use another closet to hang my wedding dress in. This made it a little difficult when getting ready and keeping everything organized. Bottom line- WE LOVED STAYING HERE! I would have my wedding here, again, in a heartbeat!

Once again we stayed in the Evergreen Suite and once again it was a total, relaxing, romantic delight. And once again Barbara was the most gracious, warmest, friendliest host we've ever known. And the woman knows how to cook. She made a mock Eggs Benedict casserole what was delicious. Served as the 1st course of fresh fruit and cream over a flat breakfast pastry that was simple but beautiful and also delicious. She even told us about her son's new burger place in town and gave us a discount coupon. The burgers and fries turned out to be the best we've ever had. We hope to make it an annual event to celebrate our wedding anniversary at All Seasons River Inn. We got to look inside the other suites and we found at least two that would fit the romantic bill should the Evergreen Suite be taken on the weekend we plan our visit. Barbara is a very special person and her inn more than reflects this. It's the only place we'll stay in Leavenworth.

We picked, at random, a bed and breakfast in Leavenworth, hoping to get some time away...wow did this place deliver! We had an adorable room (The Cascade) at ground level, with a private patio opening up to the stream below. The room came equipped with a huge jetted bathtub, bath salts, candles, plush robes, and the soothing sounds of the stream outside. Upon venturing out of the room we discovered an entertainment room containing a stocked fridge with soft drinks, a kettle with hot water and tea bags, and a large collection of board games and movies to watch on the communal TV. Breakfast in the morning was superb, and the couple running the inn are very sweet and accommodating. We got exactly what we wanted for our anniversary, we have nothing but good things to say about this adorable inn!
