The conference room table downstairs would be pretty epic for a team offsite. The views are stellar and to have the river as the backdrop to the entire stay was superb! Some attention to details would make things a bit better, such as ensuring there are no spiders or their webs in the showers. The A-frame "annex" staircase is super noisy so there's no discrete way to go up or down those stairs for others that are sleeping. Also, the Wi-Fi struggles to maintain a signal in that loft area, and thankfully my Apple TV and other devices did okay regardless. A second node over on that side would strengthen that easily. Would recommend to stay there for sure, hoping we can do it again sometime.

During our stay, we took full advantage of all the amenities (hot tubs, fire pits, volleyball court, ping pong table, etc) and had a fabulous time. The wedding ceremony and reception both took place out on the lawn beside the river and we had the best weather and most gorgeous backdrop. My husband and I stayed in the Loft Suite which was nice and private and also perfect for Mario Kart tournaments in the downstairs section (we brought our Nintendo Switch and hooked it up to their projector). These homes are huge, beautiful, and well stocked for any sort of gathering. Julie was my point person during the booking process and stay and was helpful, friendly, and easy to get a hold of. She responded quickly to all of my questions and even delivered flowers to the vacation home that had been delivered to her own home (an extra ~30 min drive each way for her). She went out of her way to make sure that our weekend was special and she succeeded in every way possible! We could not have been happier with our stay at Riverside Properties and will definitely plan to come back in the future.

It's close enough to Leavenworth for dinner in town and there is a fine restaurant on site, but check for open dates. It's an enjoyable course with a lot of sloping hillside holes and trees bordering the fairways.

I must admit I was hoping when we had sent a check to stay…read morethere it wasn't going to be a scam but the owner was legit We arrived at the cabin called up the owner and he showed up to let us know about the cabin and to give him the other half of the money. Really nice guy. It is about a 25min drive from Leavenworth but so worth it! We were worried about the snowy roads but they get plowed all the time and as long as you drive careful no worries there there's also a grocery store and restaurant about 5 mins away from the cabin. The owner stated his wifi is spotty. I tried to connect and it failed but I have my own wifi that worked just fine the owners website really doesn't give you any details so here are a few: -fully equipped kitchen including wine opener/wine glasses/pots and pan/cups/almost everything! -towels provided -he plows all the cabins driveway by 9am -bring a DVD if you want to watch a movie or watch the cable they have We will most definitely come back. I was…read moreskeptical to send a check without any reservation confirmation (the only proof I had was an email) so the owner was kind enough to agree for me to pay cash once I arrive. Great! So I started packing and getting ready until 3 days before my arrival the same owner emailed me saying he has other guests that wanted to stay at the cabin over the dates I reserved and he will let them come. Wow! What a professionalism. It does not matter if you are a big or small business owner, this is just wrong. Call me and talk to me instead of blindly cancelling like this. Stay away, or else you may be cancelled on last minute.
