Beds are old and falling apart and they really do not do a very good job of getting you even a little bit of color. There is little to no ambiance, and it doesn't seem to be very clean. The towels are very hard and worn out. There are no pillows/ cushions for your head on the lay down beds. Glow Tanning Salon is right down the street and is a thousand times better, plus they have better deals... do yourself a favor and go there. read more

It was my first time tanning and I came in absolutely clueless. Luckily, the manager guided me and answered any questions I had. He was nice enough to walk me into my booth and wipe it down for me. He was super friendly and approachable as well. It was very reasonably priced and I will definitely be returning! Very happy with the results read more

great service, nice, exactly what i was seeking! wish i had tried it sooner and hadn't waited until now!

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. I've been going here for about a month and they're great. Always friendly, beds are great, and the place is super clean. You can't ask for more. read more

DO NOT JOIN HERE! They got my license and number bur I still cant log into my acct after multiple visits, they tell me I am registered. Support wants me to send my license to some black hole email when they have my acct confirmed AND REFUSE TO LET ME CANCEL. This is a DISREPUTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE, making it difficult/impossible to cancel. Disputing my card and reporting to FTC read more

RIP OFF! Paid for airbrush and they don't offer it. Refused to refund my money. Staff is AWFUL! Now at another tanning salon (Boca Tanning Club) that has much better beds and a great staff. read more

Don't bother wasting your money. They rip you off. I won't be back after years of being a loyal customer. They can't keep the same staff longer than 30 days and it's dirty. I couldn't tan today simply because the new front desk girl could not "find" my account. It happens every time I go for the last two years. Not worth the stress. Keep my money. You won't get anymore of it. Going to your competition. read more

I came to this location because it was close to my office and convenient to just pop in during lunch, but I just can't. This place is filthy. Floor is all jacked up when you walk in. There are foot prints all over the outside of the beds, rooms are old and shabby. Honestly, I was scared to lay down in the bed read more

I had 8 sessions left no one called to tell me they even expire. The new red headed manager suck and there was nothing he could do for this inconvenience. I'd rate it zero but they are making me add a star. He sucks at his job. Not to mention the beds are old and gross. Go anywhere but here. read more

Worst spray tan I've ever received in my entire life. Uneven spotty just absolutely terrible.

This is the new Zoom Tan. $25 for 7 minute stand up- the bed was at least 25 yrs old with NO FAN. The salon is FILTHY, dusty, grimy carpets. Awful experience read more

Amazing time I went in not knowing much about spray tans and he answered every question I had great job I'll be back again well really many times oh and great sales read more

Great place... manager dustin very helpful with different lotions and helped me to know which bed I should use super intelligent and knows all about tanning! Thanks dustin! read more

I've been coming here for the lay down tanning beds for about a year now and haven't had much issue until recently. The new manager is incredibly rude and talks to you like your a child. Every time I go in he ridicules me for not buying a new product. I am a grown women and do not need someone talking to me in a condescending tone every time I go get tanned. I am relieved every time I walk in and it's another employee working. I have a few friends who also used to go here and we have all decided to now go to a new salon down the street. I hope the owners know the financial effect this employee is causing. read more

If I could give a 0 I would. Place is disgusting. Laminate floors are coming up and held down with duck tap. Rooms are very very dirty. Staff looks homeless. read more

The employees are very nice. However, 3 out of 3 times I have been there the tanning bed has been dirty - smudges on bottom, top, & shoulder tanner (gross). Also 2 out of the 3 times they set the bed timer for longer than asked for. This last time actually burned me, I asked for 8 minutes and was giving 12. Big difference when you start back up tanning. Not the best location - others have been a better experience. read more

Terrible woman working there, girl in the picture actually. Not sure how long she's worked there but wow so nasty. I told her I want UV beds, she charges me for spray tan and then gets extremely nasty with a bad attitude because SHE made a mistake. I told her that it was expensive for the amount of mins they offer in the beds. So i asked to please refund me and yet again a nasty attitude. Then she claimed she didn't know how to use the machine to refund. I asked her if I could help her because I've worked with Merchant credit card machines for many years. She grabbed the machine forcefully and with a bad attitude said "you don't look at this machine". I feel sorry for someone who is that miserable especially being that young. She probably has the easiest job in the world with the least amount of customers to deal with and wow never again!!!! Beware!!! read more

Blown away by the customer service provided by Austin! He offered an upgrade when the bed I normally use was broken. I had not been offered the same courtesy the previous 2 days I had gone by other reps. He is not pushing when offering advice on lotions as others have been. Thank you, Austin, for your professionalism and kindness. read more

Went to this place before Covid and bought a tanning package. Went after the plandemic and they wouldn't honor it. I've been there twice and never even achieved any color after my spray tan. Would not go back or recommend this place read more

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! This place is horrible and thieves! I cancelled my contract months ago and they had a problem with their billing system and forgot to process the cancellation. As result they put me in collections for a membership I have not used in 6 months. They have no corporate office and the people in charge are 17 years old. They don't have anyone to answer any billing or corporate matters. Save yourself and avoid this place! read more

Customer service: bad (very rude workers) Spray tans: went 3 times and each time I was streaky and unfinished And frankly over priced for how awful they are. I recommend darque tan not too far away if you want a good tan. Not too far away the owner is so sweet and very educated on all types of tanning. Worth every cent. read more

I have been going to this place for 9 years, when Brittany was the manager. At that time the place was nice, and employess were a pleasure to speak with. This place is now disgusting. The wooden floors which were replaced roughly two years ago, have all come up, and are actually a danger for someone tripping and falling which I let the manager know who is extremely young a long time ago, and still nothing has been done, a perfect law suit. The beds are as old as when I started, and the tanning rooms look like they haven't been vacumed in years, truly disgusting. Management obviously does not care about the filthy condition. On top of which, there is something wrong with the beds, meaning the bulbs are rarely changed, and many times there are up to three bulbs out at one time, and the same bed will be down for at least a week. The place is run by very young teenagers, who honestly should not be in that position. In the 9 years I have been going here, they must have gone through 400 people. Don't waste your time, or money! read more

I went and got a clear spray tan. I woke up the next morning with the nicest tan. If you go there, ask for Brooke. She was the nicest person I've ever met!! read more

The absolute best tanning salon I've ever been to! The customer service is unbeatable, all the employees are so down to earth, friendly, and willing to help you achieve the tan you want. I mainly use their spray booth which is out of this world(I've been spray tanning for about 7 years and have yet to find another salon that consistently gives me flawless results like their booth does)! I've also noticed how they constantly are offering the latest products (IE lotions, spray solutions, and equipment). I also appreciate how you can use your package at any location unlike other salons I've tried out. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else! read more

Michelle in corporate is a disgrace to the whole company. I was involved in a terrible car accident and broke three bones in my neck. The first thing I did after my accident was call to freeze my CrossFit membership and my tanning membership. Michele charged me two months later for $98. My membership is $40 a month so I don't see where they came up with that number even if they were charging for two months. Mind you, I have not visited Copper Tan in two months. When I asked her to provide a refund she said that the store employees never submitted a freeze form to her. She refused to give me a refund and was extremely rude. I will never visit Copper Tan again. It is not my fault that she never received a freeze form from the store employees. I am a consumer, I should not have to keep tabs on something that the business should have been proactive in doing. I strongly suggest you do not visit any Copper Tan location due to Michelle's despicable way of doing business. read more

I went to this tanning salon for a year and a half, I had a subscription for the spray tanning booth. This location only has one spray tan booth and over the last three months of my membership, The spray tan booth was broken three times. Each time I went in when it was broken they gave me $10 and lotion credit. This credit is of no use to me since I do not use the sun tanning booths. I have no idea how their sun tanning beds are but if you are spray tanning, there are many other options in the area that have better booths and more booths. In addition they have a convoluted check in process. Believe it or not, do you have to give your name, your four digit pin and a scan of your fingerprint to tan. This ridiculously redundant process creates a3-4 person lines when you want to tan. So, in short, do not bother going here for a spray tan. read more

Disgusting!!! I read the woman's review about being pregnant and not being able to cancel her membership... How true!!!! I moved away from FL 6 MONTHS AGO!!!!and was just charged $50+ after not using facility in all that time because I didn't know how to cancel membership properly.. The so-called MANAGEMENT told me TO BAD BUDDY you signed up and we don't care.. They were so rude and arrogant about it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! read more

While I was visiting locally on a recent weekend the weather decided to rain the entire time. Sooo, based on recommendations I came here. Am delighted I did so. The shop was clean and inviting, the beds are new and well maintained, the prices very competitive. I have to compliment the staff for their graciousness, thoroughness and attention to detail as well as being by far the most knowledgeable employees about their products and services I've ever encountered in a salon. Thank you ladies! :-) read more

Great place, very clean facility and the staff is wonderful. Kristy is the best, she greets every customer with a smile and always informs me of the current sales and promotions! She's very knowledgeable as well! read more

they are great! good about listening to the client. Making sure you understand the options and what best works for your skin type.

Place is so terrible!!!. They will steal your money. I suggest finding a better place! I paid for a year in full in cash and then suddenly started getting charged monthly again. I spoke with them they said they would contact corporate and see what to do. In the meantime I CANCELLED so that I would receive no charges. A few weeks later out of nowhere i was charged $206.00!!! I dont even know where that amount came from. Again went in to speak to them all they say is waiting to hear from corporate. This went on for weeks. I had to cancel my card. The people there are stupid and incompetent and should not be in charge of anything! read more

I love tanning here, I've had a package with them for about a year maybe over a year now. The staff is always accommodating. I love the beds and Marcy is my favorite! read more

This is a horrible place with the most rude receptionist. I was a member about six years ago and cancelled my membership after one year because I did not use it often. Since then I have used it about four times on a pay as I go basis. Today I went into the salon to have a tanning and the receptionist told me I owed $46 from 2016 and had no other information or explanation. She was most rude and could not provide me any other additional information . She said there was no one else for me to call to call or any billing number. This is not an acceptable way to do business and I will continue to research this issue until I get an answer. I think that this is a way this horrible place toys to get extra money. read more

This place looks fun and exciting. I just moved here and needed a tanning salon i can feel comfortable at. This would not be the place. I asked about specials and the girl didn't know what specials there were. nor did she know what lotion specials there were. I was not shown how to use the bed my first time, or shown around the place. No music was playing so it was very awkward listening to the girl talk to her friends on the phone and the vacume running. I went in another time and was put in a bed that was broken down, so hot i couldn't put my arms down and the radio had no reception. the table was very dusty and dirty. i can find a better one at the dollar store. my suggestion. get music thru out the place. more energetic employees. suggest products for customers and offer a tour and what bed is what. you have to spend a little money to make a little money. from what i see there is not much traffic coming in the place. read more

NEVER TAN HERE!!! They will rip you OFF!!! Disgusting customer experience from the inconsistent, incompetent management at the Delray Store to the Disgusting bathrooms and spray tanning booth. I have tanned with company for years!!! I paid for a celebrity package and maybe tanned twice monthly. It was close to my house, easy. My family decided to take a trip to Italy so I froze my account. On 2 separate occasions I went over with the girls at the front desk. Stating I wanted my account placed on hold for the month of Feb and moving forward. Today I was billed randomly for $181. I proceeded to call the stores in Delray an Boynton to let them know the error that had been made. They basically told me I could email corporate. It's not about the $181. It baffles me how as a great customer for years and someone who was very clear about putting my account on hold on several different accounts is being taken advantage of because they have my banking information on file. Desk incompetence is not the customers financial responsibility! read more

Love this place. I Have had package here for 7 months now and I won't go to any other tanning salon in palm beach. Awesome beds and spray tans. Fair price also for monthly packages and able to go to any copper tan in the area read more

This tanning salon has wonderful beds and prices! They are very helpful and friendly. My session was very relaxing and pleasant!

i was billed incorrectly after i cancelled my membership.then was charged an extra $20 for the month. i went into copper tan delray beach on January 30th 2019 at 2:30 pm to cancel my membership since it is corporate rules you have to come in and sign. so i did just that. the contract states give 30 days to cancel so i was charged again on February 4th (which is correct). February was supposed to be the last month i was charged but was not. i was charged again on March 3 in the amount of $80.24. i called copper tan and the manager Sydney said she will contact corporate. i have yet to hear back from her or corporate. i have called corporate and emailed numerous times with no response. i questioned Sydney as to why i was charged $80.24 and why i was charged for the month of March. her response was they just switched over to a new system so they are charging their customers a "new system charge" that is why the amount was $80.24 instead of $60 and i was charged incorrectly for the month of march because undergoing a new system the person who had me sign the cancellation contract did not move it to the new system so i was billed again. Sydney did tell me she say my cancellation contract and told me the exact date and time which i provided above but is not able to give me tangible evidence of my contract. read more
