This location offers everything and I mean everything I didn't have a chance at my local home for use; you can sit in the massage chairs as long as you'd like and their multi beds offer consistently opening up for other guests so there was never any wait for beds. Loved the care and attention to the young ladies at reception tonight; the location is tucked in a very busy plaza but the music, decoration and vibes were lovely, I was very relaxed tonight and delightfully entertained for two hours just relaxing . They have a policy where you can use any of their locations which was a treat as my home is almost an hour away. Additionally just enjoying the newer variations of the spa beds was my favorite part of the experience. Come check them out , give yourself a pampering. The payment option is like a gym however you can freeze your account instead of cancelling where the monthly Is drastically different instead of cancelling and re- submitting.

I booked this a month ago and this is night before :( Receiving different explanations for changing my appointment left me confused and made the situation feel unprofessional in general ... I couldn't change my appointment because I had a trip planned, so I asked to cancel instead. Even though the business was the one requesting the schedule change, I was still charged a cancellation fee. I don't think it's fair to charge a client when the business initiates the change. I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled. Just be weary something is off here :/ To top it all off, I was actually giving them a second chance. My previous spray tan turned out so uneven and streaky that my friends jokingly called me "nigiri hands" for two weeks because of how my hands looked (photo attached). All this has already been done and it's in the system. We have been going here for years!!! Not to mention in the state of Florida you can be 14 years old with parents consent the tan.... As I stated earlier, all that has been done and has been on file for years. These people suck!!! Their beds aren't working right either. Multiple bulbs are out on different beds that we've been in in the last couple weeks. Find somewhere else to go.
