I always saw them cleaning and being attentive to customers! The cocoons are in private rooms as-well as the vibration pads and tanning beds! They work very well and i saw results in my skin after using the red and blue light therapy for my face. I was concerned about the wet cocoon as i saw some residue or molding on the inside a few times but it makes sense because of the type of machine. But other than that its very clean. I would recommend to a friend that wants an affordable tanning spa.

I had a very disappointing experience with Tanboca. The owner contacted me asking if I could move…read moremy appointment because she wanted to be there during my appointment with Erica. I was confused about why she needed to be there, so I asked. She then changed the explanation and said she actually wanted to give Erica an extra day off?. I booked this a month ago and this is night before :( Receiving different explanations for changing my appointment left me confused and made the situation feel unprofessional in general ... I couldn't change my appointment because I had a trip planned, so I asked to cancel instead. Even though the business was the one requesting the schedule change, I was still charged a cancellation fee. I don't think it's fair to charge a client when the business initiates the change. I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled. Just be weary something is off here :/ To top it all off, I was actually giving them a second chance. My previous spray tan turned out so uneven and streaky that my friends jokingly called me "nigiri hands" for two weeks because of how my hands looked (photo attached). Despite that experience, I decided to give them another opportunity, but after this experience, I definitely won't be returning.

I have been to several South Beach Tanning Company locations in Palm Beach county and Broward and…read morehave been really impressed with them. They were all located in great plazas, which made it easy to find. This particular location is located in the right hand plaza after Hillsboro and Federal Highway in Deerfield Beach, FL. It has a corner spot location in the small plaza. Once you walk inside, you are immediately greeted by a friendly employee. When I go around 5-6 p.m., there is usually a minimal wait time (5-10 mins) for a bed. The employees are very knowledgable on which tanning lotions to use, so feel free to ask them. The tanning beds and the rooms have been clean every time I've gone. They have many promotions going on. They offer a one week free week pass for new customers. You can tan unlimited in level 1 beds. Just need to bring your ID. Additionally, check their website for additional coupons before you go! One thing that could be better is their Spray tan process. You must wear flip flops inside the machine or your feet will be black with the tanning solution. In other tanning companies, you are able to purchase throw away flip flops similar to those at nail salons, when you are going to spray tan. As I understand, that is not an option at South Beach Tanning Company.

Waited with several other people until 10:35 and NO ONE showed up. We all left. All this has already been done and it's in the system. We have been going here for years!!! Not to mention in the state of Florida you can be 14 years old with parents consent the tan.... As I stated earlier, all that has been done and has been on file for years. These people suck!!! Their beds aren't working right either. Multiple bulbs are out on different beds that we've been in in the last couple weeks. Find somewhere else to go. You would think if they're going to have a policy change they'd email customers and considering we are a family of four and we are all members... well, we were until now!!
