I was confused about why she needed to be there, so I asked. She then changed the explanation and said she actually wanted to give Erica an extra day off?. I booked this a month ago and this is night before :( Receiving different explanations for changing my appointment left me confused and made the situation feel unprofessional in general ... I couldn't change my appointment because I had a trip planned, so I asked to cancel instead. Even though the business was the one requesting the schedule change, I was still charged a cancellation fee. I don't think it's fair to charge a client when the business initiates the change. I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled. Just be weary something is off here :/ To top it all off, I was actually giving them a second chance. My previous spray tan turned out so uneven and streaky that my friends jokingly called me "nigiri hands" for two weeks because of how my hands looked (photo attached). Despite that experience, I decided to give them another opportunity, but after this experience, I definitely won't be returning.

She does an excellent job of figuring out what you are looking for out of your tan and explains, in detail, how to prepare for the tan, what to do/ how to stand during tan along with all aftercare instructions. She is very knowledgeable about the products she offers and how to prolong your tan after you leave. I have gone to her for over two years and her attention to detail and quality of tan and professionalism has never wavered. She is very easy to schedule with as she does everything in her power to work with your schedule. Highly highly recommended

Be very wary of the "membership". I visited this establishment 3 times and paid each time. I never…read moresigned anything or was even talked to about a membership. I travel often for work so I never sign up for memberships because they don't end up being cost effective. I noticed that I had been charged for a 100.00 membership every month since my original visit. This was for a total of 7 months and $700.00. I visited this establishment 3 times and again, paid each time. When I contacted the owner, she was adamant that I signed up for a membership but did not have any kind of contract or signature. I tried to work something out with her and offered for us to split the difference considering she didn't have a signed contract and I had only visited this establishment 3 times to be charged over 700.00 but considering I didn't notice for 7 months ( this membership conveniently comes out on the 16th) I asked the owner to refund half of the charges. Again, she refused and I had to take everything up with my bank. My bank could only go back 90 days with the billing dispute so she ended up essentially stealing nearly 300.00 from me. Aside from blatant theft, this business is not the cleanest. Certainly room for improvement.

I spent over $7000 there between my daughter, my son and my husband. Their laser treatments are…read moreawful! The manager named Lyric is unprofessional in regards to the way she speaks with and deals with customers. I was first on the phone with someone else who was much more pleasant. Right away you can hear lyric demanding the phone in the background. Lyric is the employee every owner seeks because she thinks it's her own place, yet she's the employee that will destroy the owners business by the way she speaks to and treats customers. I just called there to ask what machine was used on my daughter. I already had it written down in my notes but just in case I had the wrong brand. Or maybe they were several different types like the Candela one two and three? I'm not in the business, so I was calling to get more information Because the bottom line is, I'm trying to help my daughter with a successful. Laser Hair Removal. The first girl was nice on the phone. She may have even been the owner, but she quickly passed it to lyric, who is so unprofessional and was immediately on the defense! I told her several times why are you talking to me like this? Why are you on the defense? I said I'm trying to help my daughter. I'm not blaming you guys. She kept talking over me. I actually can probably pull the recording from my kitchen surveillance here if need be. Lyric who was so adamant improving that no results should be seen yet, didn't even have one of my daughter's appointments logged in the system and just asked me to get my husband's proof of payment to prove that we were there for the October session. Because whole her argument is that my daughter then only had five Treatments, bikini, armpits, etc. and not the 6 (where supposedly you see results ) and THAT'S why she sees zero results but if I could prove that she was there in October, Please! Such BS! I have EVERY single appointment date jotted in my notes section of their contact including details on the strength of the laser that was used every single time. I got all this info from Lyric each visit & wanted to have this info to see how long it would take to see results, etc. But again, let's remember I did not call just now to complain or have them on the defense about the laser not working. I simply wanted specific details on the machine used because yes, now I'm going to try a different Laser Hair Removal place. I didn't tell them that, but I assume they figured it out by my questions. And who is she to treat me like that? & Be so nasty saying she has a professional assistant, and there's no way she would not have one of the appointments recorded. Oh and she made me laugh at one point by saying I was being abrupt with her. It was because I raise my voice and saying why are you talking to me like this? Why are you on the defense? She didn't know what else to say. She completely lost that one appointment. but she will back that company and machine told her death. What a great little employee she is to have! ((Sorry to be sarcastic but that actually makes me smile)) After spending thousands and thousands of dollars and to see zero results. Not only my 14-year-old daughter but my husband! But this Lyric was alway snippy from the first time I met her. Any employee that is quick with the mouth when you are happy, paying customer you can only imagine how they can turn when they are put on the defense. And let's remember I never did any negative reviews about this business. It has been months since we have returned. I kept ignoring the text saying where are you? It's time for your next appointment! I was simply calling to ask them. What type of machine they had used. And now that they have made me feel like the fault is mine... You need to know what kind of business this is! Anyway, There are SO many laser places nearby and GETTING ZERO RESULTS on top of dealing with that Lyric ... Don't go here! They deserve zero stars.
