I travel often for work so I never sign up for memberships because they don't end up being cost effective. I noticed that I had been charged for a 100.00 membership every month since my original visit. This was for a total of 7 months and $700.00. I visited this establishment 3 times and again, paid each time. When I contacted the owner, she was adamant that I signed up for a membership but did not have any kind of contract or signature. I tried to work something out with her and offered for us to split the difference considering she didn't have a signed contract and I had only visited this establishment 3 times to be charged over 700.00 but considering I didn't notice for 7 months ( this membership conveniently comes out on the 16th) I asked the owner to refund half of the charges. Again, she refused and I had to take everything up with my bank. My bank could only go back 90 days with the billing dispute so she ended up essentially stealing nearly 300.00 from me. Aside from blatant theft, this business is not the cleanest. Certainly room for improvement.

I just want to say Lisa did a wonderful job on my mother-in-law's and my spray tan for my wedding! Lisa accommodated us by traveling to my mother-in-law's home to spray tan us per availability. I've never received a spray tan before. Which made me a bit weary on what color I would be and/or if I would have tan lines. Lisa took the time to thoroughly explain the process before and during the spray which eased my mind. The tan itself (including set up) took about 30 minutes and then I had to be out of and away from water for 8 hours. It felt a bit sticky at first but after about a half hour I forgot it was even there. The tan itself looks beautiful. It's a warm color and nothing like the orange tone I've experienced in the past. I attached a pic so you can see -- keep in mind I'm usually pasty as hell! I had a little issue with my ankles looking a little uneven but that could've just been from walking in the sand. All in all I would absolutely recommend Lisa for all spray tans. Not to mention she's an absolute joy to hang with for 30 minutes. 10/10!

As any parent would, my priority was getting her medical attention. Throughout the day, I made multiple calls and sent several messages to the salon in an effort to reschedule her appointment due to her illness. We did not receive any response until 1:00 PM that evening (her appt was at 2:40pm)--how convenient--only to be told that their cancellation policy had already lapsed and that they were unwilling to accommodate any change. The owner wanted nothing to do with helping her out. What is most disappointing is that we even offered to provide a doctor's note from the walk-in clinic to verify that she was legitimately sick, and still, there was no willingness to work with us. A business should have policies, but there should also be a reasonable level of understanding and flexibility--especially when it involves a minor with a documented medical issue. The lack of communication during the day and the unwillingness to find a solution reflect very poorly on their customer service. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others before booking here.
