The entire place is always spotless, from the front desk to the floors and beds, and the staff is full of some of the most helpful people you could ever meet. All of them are nice, professional and knowledgeable. Whoever does the hiring and training does an exceptional job, especially when they hired Maddie and Zayna. When I returned to unfreeze it, I was informed that my membership had been mistakenly terminated by management. I was told it would be corrected within 24-48 hours, but no one followed up for more than a week. I later received an email saying I would need to open a new membership and pay another enrollment fee -- even though the issue came entirely from their own mistake. I declined and requested a call from management several times, but none were returned. Over the past month, I've also noticed what feels like a very disorganized and tense environment. The front desk staff are polite and try to help, but they seem to get almost no training or support. Several employees have personally shared with me that they feel underpaid, inadequately trained, and frustrated by what they describe as nonexistent or unresponsive management. Those private conversations matched what I observed during my visits. Also check out GlassDoor. I also originally chose this location because they advertised infrared and red-light therapy, but those services were not actually available as described, which felt misleading. Based on my experience -- the billing errors, the lack of communication, the unreturned calls, and an overall environment that appears poorly run -- I cannot recommend this place. There are other facilities with much better organization, transparency, and professionalism. At this point, it's obvious this place looks and feels like a joke of a company.
