Buyer beware We used them for a big shop we built 60x100 to…read morebe exact. They supplied all the roofing and side walls, because it was such a big order we had it delivered. When it came my husband got the order he didn't want to make the delivery guy sit around while he count all the pieces. Then we decided we would need to wait for awhile to build because of financial reasons, so a year later we were putting it up and realized we were a pallet short on siding . My husband called them to see if they could see if they could track the pallet. They looked in their system and it was saying it was in the bay still, so they said oh let us go check on that, a few days went by and my husband called them back and they said "sorry it wasn't there ". Our complaint is obviously they didn't bring it, and their system reflected that, and we have zero access to their system so we obviously weren't trying to rip them off in anyway. Why not try to in the least work with us on a discount since both of us played a part . you guys didn't bring it and we waited a long time to count it.

Pierre at Place of Clay is the best! I live in California and had a small repair project that…read morerequired a few pieces of 8" by 8" Saltillo tile. Finding real Saltillo in California has become next to impossible for some reason. No one seems to carry it anymore even though we have so much Spanish architecture. Fortunately a google search helped me find this place. Thank goodness Phoenix still values good Saltillo. I called and was treated very warmly by Pierre. I sent him a few pictures of the missing tile and he was able to find just what I needed. He sent them out to me in California and they were packed so carefully that they arrived in perfect condition. I can't thank him enough for the excellent service. I was finally able to complete a repair that I had almost given up on. Thank you Pierre and thank you Place of Clay!

As previously said, I've been to the big box stores looking for stuff. But when you try and find somebody to find out if a certain tile has been sealed or how to put it down? And what will hold it? Or how to maintain it? There just isn't anybody who knows. Mr.Juarez has all that knowledge of thirty plus years working in the industry and he can/will provide you with some valuable information; so that you don't get stuck with something you're not going to use. It's always a pleasure going there, knowing that i'm going to get what I need. Mr.Juarez is a very professional and personable owner that still cares for his customers. Highly, highly recommend for any tile or home decorating ideas!

R&Q Flooring And Cabinets provided top tier service and products for us from start to finish. When…read morewe suddenly required a new kitchen, Jason at R&Q patiently explained our options and provided guidance for possible solutions. We explored several other kitchen stores both big and small, and got a few other estimates. We then returned to R&Q, because they had the absolute best cabinets for the price we found anywhere, and also because of Jason's excellent customer service. We chose R&Q for the countertops too, because again, they had the perfect combination of quality and price. R&Q had the absolute best customer service of everywhere we checked out, by a large margin. Every step of the process, R&Q and Jason were amazing. Jason, in addition to being kind and patient, was also transparent about the costs and logistics. There were zero hidden fees or other financial surprises, and everything was completed in the time frame we were given. The quality of both the cabinets and the countertops is excellent. Getting both from the same business streamlined the installation process. The R&Q customer experience was unparalleled. Once we decided what we wanted, Jason delivered exactly as he promised. Our entire kitchen was completed far better and far more quickly than any of our other estimates. We are extremely happy with our whole experience with Jason and R&Q Flooring and Cabinets. We love our new kitchen.

I don't feel very comfortable with DIYing. I noticed a lot of scrap materials for building. I was curious about the cabinetry because I've been wanting some for a useless nook area in my house. Individual cabinets there run about $1500. Though the sticker shock really got us, I still wonder if that was the right price at all. I think new items at Home Depot cost less than that. If I had a rental home maybe some of the materials might be worth it. They have some very decent looking countertop materials. We decided there wasn't anything we could use here at the time.
