The customer service rep called the online rep for us and followed all of our instructions including FREE shipping to the store. A few days later our order showed processed and we were charged shipping and it was coming to our house. We immediately cancelled the order and re-ordered again. And, of course, we lost our 24 months 0%. But, we've been fighting with TSC for 3 months for them to refund our shipping. Multiple calls to customer service stating it will be paid within the week. Filed a BBB complaint, and TSC tried to blame us saying we "changed our mind" and that they don't refund shipping when you change your mind. They still won't accept their mistake. I might go into the local store to buy a few things, but I will never order anything online from them. Our credit is now impacted because they will not issue the refund that they agreed on 3 separate phone calls. Also, beware of applying for a credit card online to use immediately. My partner applied for a new card since I missed my 0% opportunity. As soon as she got approved and the order payment was to reflect the new credit card it kicked her out of the system with no way to finish the order. We were trying to take advantage of sale pricing so waiting for the card to arrive was not an option. Buyer beware.

Sometime the #1 Alfalfa and the #1 Bermuda would be bad but not all the bales I would buy. Now it is more bad than good. The alfalfa is full of sticks and roots. The Bermuda is totally full of purple bitter weeds. You get about a fourth of halfway decent hay out of a flake. I can't afford buying hay like that. I will seek out another source.

They carry live chicks when it's that season and have had some interesting varieties in the past. The parking lot is wide and has a lot of parking spaces but I have experienced it being a little chaotic before. Luckily there is parking off to the side with an additional entrance/exit when the parking in front of the store is busy. They typical carry a 40 lb bag of black oil sunflower seed for a great price (can't find my receipt from the last time I purchased, sorry!!). Unfortunately on my last 2 visits I haven't been able to find it. This past weekend an employee told me they haven't gotten it in for awhile so hopefully I will see it again soon!

I asked for a receipt and was told don't worry I'll call you when it comes in... I said I would love to take the hand shake deal but unfortunately in this day & age that doesn't mean much so I would need a receipt. I was reluctantly provided with a receipt that took 45 minutes to produce & took the mower home, since then I have stopped by weekly and asked Mike if it has come in yet, every week being told not yet.
