I don't normally leave reviews, but I created an account to do so because I was blown away with the…read moreoutstanding service from Donna. I brought in my older model Lincoln sedan for an intermittent battery indicator light and a sudden noisy engine. I picked Larry Ng for the location, the reviews, and the fact they were open on Saturdays. I dropped the car off Friday afternoon. Before they closed on Friday Donna texted me that tehy had already diagnosed the noisy engine as a loose exhaust bracket that just needed new bolts. By Saturday morning Donna texted again that the car would need a replacement alternator. Everything was fixed by end of the day on Saturday. Since I wasn't able to pick it up right away, Donna offered to meet me there on Sunday -- even though they were closed!! I have never had this level of personalized service from a mechanic. The rates were very reasonable and they have made a customer for life!

Office and garage are closed, there is a "closed" sign on the window, but no other explanation. The phone is not answered and the voicemail box is full. Covid pandemic casualty, perhaps? Crappy way of doing business, at least have a phone message announcement alerting customers that you are closed---would have saved me a 22 minute drive. Downgrading from 4 stars to 2 stars.

We found the car of our dreams (bmw x5 diesel) and Allen did everything to get us the best deal. We checked with multiple dealerships and Boston Auto Leasing was still significantly cheaper. They went above and beyond to make sure we got the car in perfect condition and delivered with all the details that we were looking for. Thank you so much for everything!!! Highly recommended!

I am writing this review, because I want more people to get to know this company…read more I came across these guys online when I was looking for a car rental in Boston about six months ago, and apparently they are not a rental company. Spoke to Steven who was nice enough to explain to me what they do and gave me a number to Enterprise rental. Later that year I was ready to get a new car and was looking for a similar auto broker in my area. I found none, so I decided to dial these guys to check if they could deliver to NC. They said that they could do any city in the US. I was really skeptical all the way through but no dealership could match their price. I got my 2013 Nissan Murano SV delivered to my house for the price of $269 per month for 39 months, $1000 out of pocket. Imagine my excitement after driving a used Toyota and paying $388 A MONTH FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS WITH $4000 DOLLARS DOWN PAYMENT. STEVEN AND ALLEN, YOU ARE THE BEST! (Sorry that I gave you such a hard time)

My car developed a sudden, and very loud, exhaust leak--one minute it was fine, the next it…read moresounded like a very large truck. I looked under the car and could see a piece of exhaust pipe hanging down. Luckily, I was near a muffler shop in Newton and they agreed to take a look. They told me my muffler had blown-out and that the rear pipe was badly damaged, and it would cost about $450 to repair it. They said they had the parts and would be finished in two to three hours. I decided to take it to another muffler shop I had taken cars to in the past. On the way, I stopped at a gas station, explained my problem, and asked if they could tie-up the exhaust pipe that was hanging down so I could get to the muffler shop without further damaging the system. The guy told me they just sold gas but there was a separate garage attached to the station and they might make a temporary fix for me. The guy in the garage, Jim, said he would see what he could do after he finished working on the car on the lift, which might take an hour. I decided to wait. After about 30 minutes, he put my car up on the lift to look at it. He came into the very small waiting room and said, "You're lucky. Your exhaust pipe isn't damaged, it just needs a new sleeve." When I asked what a sleeve was, he said, "I think I have one in stock; if I do I'll show it to you." He did. indeed, have one. It was a 6-inch tube with a clamp and bolt on either end. He explained that my sleeve had rusted out but that the two pipes it connected looked ok. He said, "I won't know until I take the old sleeve off and can see if the pipes are damaged but, in 90 percent of the cases, we just have to replace the sleeve. I asked what it would cost and he said, "I don't think it will be more than $100." Not quite believing that we wouldn't have some costly complications, I told him to go ahead. He finished the job in about 25 minutes and the car was perfect. I was amazed and very, very pleased. The final bill was under $80, another pleasant surprise. I will recommend Quinlan's, and Jim in particular, to any of my friends who need auto repairs. The only thing I'm unhappy about is that it took me so long to find him.
