I have been a repeat customer for over a year now and have spent hundreds of dollars in prints. There are a few very nice staff members who you might be lucky enough to deal with which is why I had been a repeat customer, but Suzy, the old blonde woman, is extremely unprofessional. I was doing a reprint with files I had printed before (and spent weeks testing on their printers at personal cost) and she put 60 pages of them through without a test print and all of them printed with large white dots and a weird white residue on top of the entirety of the prints. When I flagged it as an issue, she was arguing with me and getting extremely loud in front of the customers. She told me they had a paper issue for the last two days and they were all like this. Eventually she reprinted test prints on a second printer, which didn't have the white residue issue but still had white dots, and it had printed 10% darker-- something she refused to fix. I think Suzy was embarrassed that she had neglected to do a test print, which every other run I and many people I know had done with them, but she was extremely aggressive and hostile. A number of people I know had issues with Suzy and some of the other staff and have given up on the shop. I will be looking to support another small business, one with a basic standard of quality and a minimal level of professionalism. read more

Save your time and energy and go anywhere else than at Copie 2000. There are cheaper faster and overall much better options. After they printed cards at the wrong size, they asked me to come back the next day (this was a rush order). The next day they hadn't even started then asked to come back in 30 minutes to pick up and then still hadn't started. After 4 days and trips to Copie 2000 and a whole lot of attitude on their end, I had to cancel the order--total waste of time. read more

The best service ever for copies and PDF and emailing: personal quick service. A full book of 353 pages was processed here between the writer and the publisher, a few pages at a time over a two year period. With great success. Thank you so much: my sister was the writer. I was looking for a place to print out a 1 page PDF form. Places like bureau en gros have minimum orders so I was looking for another place to do it. I stopped off to get cash at the bank before getting bagels and I saw Copie 2000 and thought I'd drop in to give it a shot. Not realizing how they work, it took some time, however I realized that this place is probably one of the best copy shop models across Montreal. Drop in, they'll ask you what you need, either do it for you or direct you to 1 of maybe 8 self-use computers. Grab a document, note the time you get on the computer on it, print out your documents on the printer they told you to use, grab your print outs, finish marking off your time sheet and then go pay at the cash registers in the other room. Takes time the first time around, but once you know how it works it goes pretty quick. As their folder describes, they do photocopies, computer graphics, digital printouts, commercial printing, stationary, finishing services, t-shirt printing and even send out faxes. If I was still in Montreal this would be my go-to print shop (over Copie Nova even). read more

Printers are incredibly cheap on craigslist. I've now learned the hard way to print something and have it be the wrong size at the end. Bar none, the worst service that I've received in Montréal. And yes, that includes the hospital, Poste Canada, and the SAAQ. Over 30 minutes wait time for one legal-sized colour copy. Luckily there's a new ink-cartridge refiller place on Saint-Laurent and Fairmount and I can just get my printer cartridges refilled to print at home. read more

This place is horrible. WORST SERVICE EVER. I spent two hours there just for some regular print outs. Nothing special. Really expensive. e They add on costs to just about anything. Ended up being 3-4 times the price of my regular print shop, Zoubris. The owner seems to only care about her bigger clients. The staff is unfriendly, perhaps underpaid? read more

My absolute favourite print shop in the city. Excellent self service centre and the best prices. Photocopy station is spacious as well. Other colour and print services I haven't accessed yet. Despite living in many other neighbourhoods I always come back to this print shop. read more

I tried to do business with this place, However it did not even make it past the phone call. I experience the a women on the phone who claimed to be the manager, so quick to transfer me to a graphic designer.. "Wait Lady my graphics are already done!!) I hung up to call back. She informs me "Look you have to come in here to get any service from us, I have customers?" Ooops! I thought that was rude, I wanted to be a customer. Yeah.. Don't call them just walk in I guess that's how you get service. But not for those who need to delegate. read more

Terrible service. The staff is the opposite of friendly. There was only one other client and it took me forever to be able to pay. The worse is that they charged me the time I was waiting as if I was using their computers. I will never go back there, though I live very close. read more

I like this place, and they get the job done. I would recommend them for medium to large projects. The over all value is excellent and the quality of the work is good. Fast turn around time on most large orders. The shop is a little run down and could use a little sprucing up, but it doesn't matter. Staff are helpful, but in the past there may have been a sour grape or two. These days they seem to be happier and eager to help. read more
