Finally got my car in and had to wait for over a month to get it back and when I did they over charged me compared to the estimate. The paint department mixed the color wrong and had to redo it so I got charged for their mistake! With the other variables I was charged a extra $2000. When I got my car it had a broken windshield with the rear view mirror hanging off it and a hole in the glass so I had to replace a new windshield. The drivers door is scratched up and the interior material is cut like something went through the window with such force it broke the rear view mirror. Put a hole in the windshield and scratched up the door. With no explanation to what happened! It only needed the outside bumpers fixed it's hard to understand why the interior is damaged! They said they would fix it. I called. Couple weeks later and they haven't ordered all the parts. And no word yet what's going on. Save yourself from stress and losing your money go some where else!!

Pros: #1: Day-of, Sunday detailing service: Called at around 8:30 AM, coordinated a time & place, and William was standing in the driveway, ready to go at 10:30 when I arrived at the Anchorage residence drop-off location. #2: Special Circumstance Services: Someone puked in the rear passenger-seat of my vehicle the night before. I did a once-over clean-up Saturday night. William kindly offered to take care of the rest with a thorough detailing service (for an additional price from baseline service). #3: Drop-off & Delivery service offered: Quoted one-way price $20 for Anchorage, $30 for Eagle River. #4: 4/5 overall service: Upholstery and carpet was obviously well vacuumed & shampooed, odors gone, and overall a acceptable detail with quality external wash. #5: Professional demeanor: William was exceptionally polite and professional. He was responsive to calls and provided text updates throughout the day regarding the status of the detailing service. Cons #1: High price-to-quality ratio: For $280, I expected more for a simple 4-door sedan. There were product splotches on most hard surfaces along with a residual, malodorous puke-spot on the rear-passenger door side upholstery. There was significant product splotching (far worse than before drop-off) on the interior windshield. I ended up addressing & correcting both issues with an additional hour of my own time spent detailing after vehicle drop-off. #2: I echo another Google reviewer's comments in that the operation seems sketchy. Before feeling comfortable handing over my vehicle and keys to a stranger at a random Anchorage residence, I would have liked to have seen a company vehicle with labeling, a general well-groomed and professional appearance of the company representative, and a uniform or professional garb with company label and name insignia or name-tag. I did, however, appreciate the formal business card. #3: Didn't honor military discount as advertised: I'm an active duty service member. The website boasts a 15% military discount. At vehicle drop-off, after I was quoted $250 for base-price (without delivery), I inquired about the military discount and was told "That only applies to our comprehensive detail service for $350".
