I arrived at my appointment and was told that they only take medical insurance, not vision insurance. "We are not in network for ANY vision insurance" was the exact wording. I couldn't quite believe it so I triple checked, but yes they do not take ANY vision insurance plan. My only option was out of pocket. So I wasted 3 months waiting for an appointment, and 1.5 hours of driving for nothing. Now I start over finding a place that's accepting new clients.

All the workers gossip audibly in the halls. They are bent on playing psychiatrist, chit chatting, and questioning you about the details of your life like a bad hair dresser. When they stop chatting for 5 minutes to clean your teeth (for $90+) they have heavy hands like they were under the hood of car not a sensitive human mouth. Prepared to get sliced or stabbed repeatedly. They don't even apologize if you alert them of this and they will continue as if you had said nothing at all. You probably won't even get to SEE the actual dentist. The young one is probably on the Internet in his office all day doing questionable stuff and the old one gives terrible advice without adequately viewing your teeth. If you want to be treated well with professional service from educated invested dental associates this is NOT the place to go.
