UNBELIEVABLE!! They sent me glasses that were TOTALLY different RX! HUGE BLUR! This was confirmed by another eye specialist as the office / Optometrist (my primary Dr. sent me there after I had an appt with her for my red eyes that wouldn't go away. ( the redness and irritation began after the Littleton optometrist put eye drops in my eyes) The new optometrist showed the differences and explained what they were. They could not believe the huge difference in what they measured to my actual RX. Littleton Office has sent a check for half the amount of $600 plus. Not cashing it. I sent 2 complaints to my insurance company. Next step is small claims, lawyer, professional licensure for Optometrists. whatever to get the total amount and more for my time and mental stuff from them sending a policeman to my door that night . I had called 3 times after I received the check. No answer. They called the POLICE!!! to give me a no contact order!! Seriously?? They obviously have no idea how to resolve their customer issues.....NB see other review. I was patient in the beginning and after I called a couple times either woman telling me they would return my call (NOT) or left a phone message

I want to add that when I contacted Unilens, I was told that a pair of contacts I was purchasing could be worn for 3 months before being replaced. That was substantially different from what was shown on the prescription from the Coos Eye Care which stated that the contacts should be replaced after 15 days. That information was confirmed when I called the office at Coos Eye Care, adding that I would damage my eyes if I wore them longer. I am at day 70 on my first pair from Unilens and they are still comfortable.

I arrived at my appointment and was told that they only take medical insurance, not vision insurance. "We are not in network for ANY vision insurance" was the exact wording. I couldn't quite believe it so I triple checked, but yes they do not take ANY vision insurance plan. My only option was out of pocket. So I wasted 3 months waiting for an appointment, and 1.5 hours of driving for nothing. Now I start over finding a place that's accepting new clients.
