I was in search of a sandwich, and the menu on the wall in the Landmark had three options available. They were (1) tri tip, (2) pork butt, and (3) sausage with onion and peppers. All three sounded good, but I was disappointed not to see my all-time Leroy's favorite, the pulled pork. I chose the pork butt, and, though it wasn't what I had come in search of, it turned out to be delightful. The crunchiness of Leroy's slaw provided a perfect contrast to the moist, slightly chewy consistency of the pork. There was just enough pepper in the sandwich to add a bit of zing without being overpowering. Hopefully the pulled pork will return to the menu at some point, but in the long run, I would never balk at choosing the pork butt again, or trying either of the other 2 sandwich choices.
