Watermelon 'Rita so amazing I drank it so fast.
    Beth H.

Robbie Bain our server was very attentive and accommodating. We sat outside which was so nice, the plants everywhere, the heat lamps and the atmosphere was so refreshing. There was a huge rain storm that moved through while we were there and made it even better. I'm an Oregonian I'm not afraid of getting wet or melting.

This place was very cute loved the ambiance, and the food. The waiter Ben, was very friendly and made it special for us on our 5 year anniversary. They even gave us a complimentary dessert. :)

I do believe this place may have the best Mexican food in Portland and great size portions. Located in a food cart pod with indoor and patio seating... This festive little restaurant is not only fun but serves great drinks and food. I had the watermelon Rita which was basically a watermelon margarita with top shelf tequila, fresh watermelon juice and of course a few chunks of watermelon. It was delicious! I also ordered the California burrito with delicious grilled Carne Asada, french fries and I'll be other delicious burrito and ingredients in a grilled flour tortilla. The staff was super nice and fun! Also ordered the chips with guac and salsa. The regular salsa is a delicious smoky chipotle type salsa... It's so good. There is only street parking which is the only drawback. They do serve happy hour from 4 to 6 PM.

Fantastic service and huge portions alert! We enjoyed a nice quiet evening out at Que Pasa. My husband and I started with the chips, salsa trio, and guacamole. The guacamole is delicious and we really enjoyed the house salsa. Beyond that, the restaurant was packed inside, on the patio, and had tons of to go orders. Despite that, there was fantastic service constantly checking back in. I think the food lacked some flavor, but overall a great experience and we would go back again! ~~~~~ The following information does not impact the overall rating: Bathrooms: there are two single stall, gender neutral bathrooms

Nachos were excellent... compliments to guys in the back of the house. Now as far as the service goes of course a party of one just gets the bare minimum... and that's exactly what I got Yelpers. No hey sir how is the food?? Can we get you another beer??? Nada Well I have to say that even though I was disappointed with the so called service I am still a return customer because the Mexican food here is some of best in the PNW. So let it be written... So let there be SERVICE.

Happy hour was the best (keep the drinks coming!)! The staff was very friendly and provided wonderful service. You can never go wrong with mini corn dogs and nachos and tacos were perfect!

Que Pasa was a recommendation from a friend who went 3 times in one week. Now I know why he came so often. The gringo tacos were great. The crunch on the outside from the fried cheese was a delicious surprise. You receive 2 tacos per order. It was enough to share with someone. The potatoes ole were a great substitute for the rice and refried beans. They were very similar to mashed potatoes with carrots, peas and corn and very well seasoned. Fresh made chips and salsa were a great appetizer to start. The spicy salsa is extremely hot but has a good flavor. Que Pasa is definitely on the list for a return visit.

This was our Q for our ABC of Portland game. What a fantastic find! I cannot stop thinking about the street tacos and will be back for those. We were able to make it in for Happy Hour so we tried a couple different things from that menu and the regular one: queso, street tacos, fish burrito, al pastor tacos, and margaritas. All were so tasty and fresh. We will definitely be coming back.

Nothing like a $16 spicy margarita to make you miss Old Portland prices. That said it was pretty good!

Today my wife and I enjoyed scrumptious Tacotes, one chicken and one Bok Choy with house made salsa. Extra side of yummy and creamy black bean frijoles with sour cream, butter, tortillas. Instead of desert, the Mezcal, chile and lime was refreshing. Yes, the food plated looks so good, I am inspired to dig in. There's a reason it was recognized early in its start by Eater, Portland Monthly and the Oregonian as one of the best restaurants in the city because foodies seek out and love to go where the food experience is special - especially the chef tasting menus in the past. I was excited to go here as I had been meaning to visit for at least 6 months. I wasn't disappointed. This taqueria is the real deal, and very authentic. I also appreciate it's LGBTQ owned, and like to be inclusive in how I spend money. The tacos are amazing I had two there, and took two home. They were all delicious and not one disappointed. Their taco menu is very extensive, and it's nice that they have a lot of vegetarian options as well. One of my favorites was the one with mole ,and poblanos, also the chicken one, also the carnitas. Flavors so rich and satisfying. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. Extremely quick service which I love. Even though I only speak a little bit of Spanish. I tried, and they were very welcoming. They are fluent in Spanish. I knew it was an authentic taqueria when I heard a native spanish speaker speak Spanish at the counter. I don't want to leave out their drinks as they have quite a selection both alcoholic, and non alcoholic. I tried the horchata, which was amazing. I have been craving Pozole for a long time, and they had it as a special chicken with green sauce, and pork and a red sauce. Both simply amazing and a great deal. This restaurant is very reasonable, and you get quite a lot for the money. Last but not least I can't forget the ambiance which felt very authentic, and reminded me of being in a Taqueria in Mexico or Southern California. the place is decorated very thoughtful with a lot of candles, and many shrines. They also have a love of Mariah Carey and saw many photos of here in the restaurant. They have both outdoor seating and indoor seating. A lot of plants outside which all seem very happy and well cared for. I love this place, and will be going back for sure. The place is very casual which I appreciate. They also had a mango hot sauce brought to the table in a bottle that is amazing. I drenched my bowl with the sauce for the extra kick and flavor. The bowls are very filling. I have had some meals at the bar where the bartenders were genuinely engaged knowledgeable and happy to walk you through their agave list which only enhances the whole experience. I will be honest and say that the service can sometimes lean into the typical Portland vibe of aloof and uninterested but there have also been moments especially at the bar where the staff really shines and makes you feel welcome and taken care of.
