He even didn't want to charge me for anything but when I insist, he just charged me for a simple diagnosis service. He could have charged me for a full HVAC replacement! but he fixed it!. :) Their Yelp five star is a real FIVE. These guys are super honest which might be rare in these days!. I had to let tech come earlier but felt slow on task- only found switch not working. Felt it was Appropriate pricing for diagnosing our house fan = $79. I Was told they have to check if the kind of switch we have is available. Then gave me an estimate of $395 to change the "faulty switch" for quietcool. But $79 diagnostic fee go towards the $395. Thankfully, I got a 2nd opinion from a coworker's husband who is an electrician and researched some more online about the estimate. TOO STEEP! The switch is only $35-50 in home depot. I understand we all need to make a living but dayyyyyym.

They did not install the correct size return vent so our heater kept overheating. It would cycle on and off every few minutes and say it was heating when no air was moving. We literally had them come out 4 times before they found out what the issue one. The first 3 times they gaslit us and said that is was our Nest or a draft in an interior wall... I think they have only one good employee because the 4th guy to show up told us he liked to get paid for his overtime and would stick around until he got to the cause of the problem. Also when they finally "fixed" the return vent to a proper sized, they botched the install and had cracks in the ceiling and random screws sticking out in places. So they had to come back again to fix that mistake.

The supervisor or owner Alex came to the house, didn't even look at the AC compressor, and said that full replacement is the only option. He mentioned that a refrigerant leak test would be around $800 and they would not even carry the compatible refrigerant for the system. He also said that his company only carries the new refrigerant for 2026. It is absurd to think that an HVAC company only carries refrigerant compatible with systems 2026 or newer. This was an another pressure tactic to buy a new system. I had to repeat this claim back to him, mentioning that his company can only repair AC systems that were made in 2026 or newer, and he agreed, and then understood how absurd that claim was. This company is only looking to make 18-25 thousands of dollars by selling full replacements that homeowners do not necessarily need. From my experience, this company is dishonest, money seeking, and disingenuous. Do not even book the first consultation. It's a waste of your time.
